La risorsa dovrà avere un importante background di Marketing strategico ed operativo (analisi di mercato e benchmarking, segmentazione, targeting e posizionamento, value proposition, pricing & promotions, realizzazione ed implementazione di piani di marketing con drivers online ed offiline, progettazioni di operazioni di marketing e valutazione del relativo ROI), eccellenti capacità analitiche e di generazioni di insight di business originali e solidi, capacita di progettazione autonoma di survey di mercato, in base ai bisogni del cliente, comunicazione efficace ed assertiva, reporting efficace e relativi drill-down di approfondimento ove necessari, notevole business acumen e capacità di produrre stime quando necessario, Dovrà inoltre supportare la direzione marketing nella stesura dei budget per i diversi business di Gruppo e dei clienti esterni. Supporto al CEO di Advertoo nello sviluppo commerciali su prospect clienti (analisi, pitch, etc). Riceverà supporto da parte degli Account e degli Specialist del Team Advertoo su tematiche specifiche (es Web/UX, SEM, SEO, Social Media, Creatività).

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Almeno 6/7 anni nel campo del Marketing strategico ed operativo (digital ed offiline);
- Experience in digital marketing strongly required;
- Experience in Strategy Consulting on Marketing and Sales projects strongly preferred;
- Experience in multiple industries strongly preferred
**PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ingegneria Gestionale (Marketing, Analytics, Digital);
- Economia e Commercio (Marketing Management, Management);
- MBA (preferred);

- Identificare e analizzare le esigenze dei clienti (prospect o acquisiti) per individuare opportunità di business;

- Competenze di data analysis e creazione di modelli dati (conversion funnel, revenue expectation, cost impact) di supporto a nuove iniziative commerciali da sviluppare
- Competenze nell’utilizzo di alcuni dei maggiori strumenti di data mining e data modelling (Saas, R,.) e altri strumenti di data analytics e data visualization (quali PowerBI, Tableau)
- Grande capacità di coordinamento progettuale e Project Management;
