  • Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across a variety of topics in Physics, while also developing references and examples of tasks.
  • Experts Acquisition: Assess the qualification tests of experts, ensuring their competency.
  • Chat Moderation: Provide support by addressing project-related questions from other experts in Discord chats, especially those related to project guidelines.
  • Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by other experts, ensuring they align with project guidelines. Provide constructive feedback, verify expertise-related information, and edit content as necessary to improve quality.

Requirements

Step 1: become part of the Family MSX:

The first step of insertion into MSX involves one of the following work areas:

  • Support to the network of dealers and authorized workshops of the most important car and motorcycle manufacturers and Trucks.Il your goal will be to solve complex diagnostic and technical problems according to the procedures of the car manufacturer, supporting the technical operators of the network in solving the most complex technical problems;
  • Preparation and delivery of technical training content in order to increase knowledge of the product, general and specific equipment, repair and diagnosis procedures by the repairers' staff of the authorized networks of the most prestigious brands;
  • Review and evaluation of all requests for repair of the vehicle under warranty based on the policies and technical procedures of the Manufacturer, together with the evaluation of warranty claims and verification of the correct management and tracking of individual interventions.

Step 2: The challenge continues: on-site consulting :

After consolidating the knowledge and skills acquired in step 1, you will have the opportunity to deal with Operational Consulting directly in the field. You will work within the Manufacturers' Networks in the territorial area of assignment, actively contributing to the development and growth of our customers' business.

Overview

Staff Engineer Application Engineering Automotive Microcontroller - Clocking/PLL/Mixed Signal (f/m/div) at Infineon Technologies.   • Become a member of a highly specialized application engineering team, enabling customers using Infineon’s automotive microcontrollers
  • Serve as the technical expert for Clocking/PLL, Analog and Mixed-Signal in Automotive Microcontroller Applications Engineering
  • Act as third-level support for Clocking/PLL and Mixed-Signal clusters of our automotive microcontroller products
  • Provide technical direction to in-house R&D as the voice of the customer to improve products and technical documentation
  • Enable customers to design sophisticated analog circuits at system level for switching, clocking, filtering (SW & HW), signal conversion, and related analog functionality
  • Support customer solutions using built-in oscillators, PLL, SAR ADC, Delta-Sigma ADC, Converter DSP, DAC of our 32-bit microcontrollers
  • Review and release technical documentation in cooperation with global teams
  • Conduct feasibility studies, benchmarking, and development studies for embedded automotive solutions (concept studies, software requirements, hardware aspects)
  • Perform lab testing on system level to debug customer problems, validate concepts, and develop basic examples to showcase features
  • Conduct trainings and workshops for Field Application Engineers or customers
  • Collaborate with R&D, Validation, Verification and Production Test teams
Your Profile / Qualifications
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive projects with Clocking, Analog, and Mixed-Signal in embedded microcontrollers
  • Proven track record of driving complex problems to solutions by technically advising teams and consolidating their deliveries
  • Experience in dealing with customers and acting as an interface between internal R&D and external partners
  • Functional safety knowledge (FUSA / ISO26262) – a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluency in English

Job Description

You will act as a technical expert in Clocking/PLL, Analog, and Mixed-Signal technologies for automotive microcontroller applications, providing third-level support and enabling customer solutions at the system level.   • Contribute to giving technical direction to in-house R&D as “voice of the customer” to improve product and technical documentation
