Di cosa ti occuperai?
- coordinamento con Responsabile Amministrativo e team di lavoro;
- registrazione contabile della fatturazione elettronica attiva e passiva (Italia ed Estero);
- gestione eventuali reclami ed emissione note di credito;
- controllo ordini fornitori e relativi pagamenti;
- aggiornamento dei fogli di calcolo relativi alle transazioni giornaliere;
- analisi dei costi, redazione report di andamento;
- supporto nella redazione di bilanci mensili di periodo e del bilancio di esercizio ante imposte;
- supporto in fase di preparazione budget
- preparazione documenti finalizzati alla revisione.
