Within the context of high growth iad is continuously looking for new talents to join the Group. Italy is a dynamic and growing market and is looking for a Finance Associate to join our Finance team and support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. Qualifications :

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Datev Koinos and Workday systems.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experiencein accounting.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principlesandfinancial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables formulas and data analysis.
  • High attention to details stronganalytical thinking and a proactive solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience with cash flow management & reporting is a plus.

  • Data Management: Track and organize relevant data for deals, including maintaining detailed records of financial analyses, investment reports, and transaction documents.

Requirements and Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably in investment banking
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex financial data, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for effective financial modelling.
