Role Description

As part of the consulting team, the PMO will:

  • Understand our Financial Services clients’ business needs to help them overcome challenges.
  • Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis while evaluating processes to provide relevant recommendations for enhancing current operations.
  • Prepare, facilitate, document, and participate in client meetings and workshops.
  • Create high-quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings.
  • Participate in the development of new market opportunities that will expand our business, the Capco brand, and our global reach.
Skills and Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in economics or similar fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, in the Financial Services industry and preferably within a management and/or technology consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies, such as agile/scrum and waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.

Role Description

As a Business Analyst at Capco, you will be responsible for working with financial services clients to collaborate with Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology teams analyzing and developing business and technical requirements, formulate effective ways of working and identifying and reporting risks, issues and dependencies in an agile environment.

As part of the consulting team, the Business Analyst will:

  • Define and write high-level epics, features and stories to create value-driven frameworks that provide required business value.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders to ensure that backlog items incorporate people, process and technology capabilities, dependencies and limitations.
  • Understand and apply own work to the user journey and target design.
  • Recommend areas for change and then provide support to the business as the changes develops to ensure continuous improvement.

Skills And Experience

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • 2 years minimum experience in working as a Business Analyst for previous Financial Services and/or Consultancy experience
  • Practical experience and understanding of discovery and delivery projects
  • Understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Effective and flexible communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately.

Nice To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or management engineering
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodology
  • Agile Certification

How you will create an impact
  • New experienced hires will be involved in all phases of project work once they are up to speed on our way of working. On a project, you are involved from day one with the client: from first contact until the final presentation of our recommendations, and eventually in some cases involvement in implementation. Your ideas will form part of our approach.
  • You will be managing a project team and handling client relationships under the guidance of Partners and / or Senior Directors.
  • You would also be involved in business development activities by creating content and assisting in client acquisition and retention to help grow the FS practice.
  • Be an integral part in contributing to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all.
Your profile
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in Banking. Insurance and Payments are a plus.
  • 2+ years of leading and managing teams and senior stakeholder relationships in the above.
  • Experience in managing projects with successful results and motivation to build high performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious and with a great drive.
  • A strong desire to work in a fast-paced commercially agile environment.
  • Strong interest and experience in commercially focused growth topics.

TASK PRINCIPALI: Riportando direttamente al manager di progetto e al Cliente, la figura si occuperà di: -Collaborazione nella definizione delle fasi di progetto, monitoraggio delle attività e aggiornamento del piano di lavoro per garantire il rispetto di tempistiche e obiettivi -Raccolta e analisi dei dati per valutare l’avanzamento del progetto, l’individuazione di eventuali criticità e/o azioni correttive da proporre -Creazione e aggiornamento di materiali per le diverse tipologie di riunioni progettuali (SAL, Comitati, Approfondimenti, ecc.), inclusa la redazione di report di avanzamento e sintesi delle informazioni raccolte da diverse fonti Il profilo ideale è un consulente che: Ha conseguito una laurea magistrale in materie economiche o ingegneria gestionale Ha un’esperienza pregressa in società di consulenza di direzione di 1-2 anni con un focus su player del mondo bancario assicurativo Ha ottime doti analitiche con forte attenzione ai dettagli Ha maturato esperienza in progetti in cui è stato coinvolto nell’implementazione di modelli business, organizzativi, distributivi, di innovazione o trasformazione digitale, identificando e implementando nuovi processi Ha esperienza nel condurre in autonomia analisi quantitative e nella produzione di report quali: dashboarding, SAL di progetto, e report quantitativi oltre a redazione di verbali di incontri con cliente Ha ottima conoscenza/competenze con pacchetto office, in modo particolare Excel e PPT Completano il profilo: ottime doti di comunicazione con standing adeguato al ruolo forte orientamento al team working , alla collaborazione e al supporto dei colleghi , mantenendo sempre un approccio positivo alle situazioni essere costantemente focalizzato sul risultato , sulla responsabilità individuale e sulla qualità del lavoro attenzione continua all’eccellenza tecnica ed al dettaglio COSA OFFRIAMO Le nostre persone sono il vero motore dell’impresa. We are looking for a person in the role of SALES SUPPORT (FINANCIAL SERVICES) who will be responsible for managing and developing financial services for the customers of the Italian companies in the Group.

In particular, the person will take care of:

  • Managing backoffice activities (procedures and practices related to financial services, such as renting and leasing);
  • Managing the relationship with customers for backoffice management;
  • Presiding over internal relationships with Management, Marketing and Sales divisions, and all administrative structures.
  • Preparing ad-hoc presentations for Management.

Profile description:

  • Degree in economic disciplines;
  • Preferable experience in the banking sector or in a leasing company;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel) and Outlook;
  • Excellent relational skills and strong customer orientation;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Ability to work in a team.

Come Account Manager, avrai un ruolo totalmente gestionale e dovrai occuparti di:

  1. Gestione dei clienti fidelizzati e creazione di nuove opportunità di business;
  2. Raccolta delle esigenze, negoziazione ed offerta di servizi consulenziali;
  3. Partecipazione alla redazione di offerte commerciali.

Cosa cerchiamo:

  1. Laurea Magistrale o Master in materie economiche, manageriali o ingegneristiche;
  2. Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ambito Business Development / Account Manager o come Consulente;
  3. Esperienza nella gestione di clienti del settore Financial Services;
  4. Intraprendenza e ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;
  5. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
