Il/La candidato/a, dopo un adeguato periodo di formazione previsto con affiancamento a personale con esperienza, dovrà acquisire le conoscenze per condurre la linea di produzione in autonomia.
Attività da svolgere:- Caricamento materiali/semilavorati;
- Set-up della linea secondo le indicazioni riportate nella bolla di produzione;
- Impostazione manuale di parametri sul macchinario e marcatrici;
- Supporto in fase di confezione del prodotto;
- L’attività lavorativa si svolge su turni avvicendati;

Key Responsibilities- Maintaining compliance with Corporate Quality Assurance Policies and customer quality satisfaction hrough the provision of governance and proactive leadership for continuous improvements of Food Safety, Food Defence & Quality Systems programs including, HACCP, allergen management, foreign body controls, internal food safety inspections, non-conformance, customer complaints, pest control, food safety & quality culture.
- Conduct routine reviews with the Factory Leadership Team.

- Manage customer complaints, internal and supplier non-conformances, including communication with customers and suppliers.

Overview
Plant Quality & Food Safety Specialist role at Gruppo Lactalis Italia within the BU Castelli DOP & Specialità , in the Direzione Industriale del Caseificio di Tizzano Val Parma (PR).
La risorsa, riportando al Production Senior Coordinator, avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Mantenere operativo il sistema per l'assicurazione della qualità del caseificio e delle relative certificazioni;
- Svolgere attività di gestione degli strumenti (taratura e manutenzione) e dei servizi (predisposizione smaltimento rifiuti etc);
- Svolgere controlli pre-operativi, operativi e post-operativi previsti dalle procedure per il prodotto e per il processo;
- Recuperare la cagliata per svolgere analisi;
- Inserire gli ordini su SAP.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
- Laurea in Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari, Agraria o percorsi affini;
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 3 anni in ruoli analoghi all’interno di stabilimenti alimentari;
- Conoscenza dei processi produttivi, dei sistemi di gestione della qualità, delle analisi dei processi, delle procedure e delle tecniche di controllo degli standard di qualità e delle normative vigenti;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B1), la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus;
- Determinazione, proattività e autonomia nella gestione delle attività;
