Food Service Manager canale ingrosso - bakeryPosizione: Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio clienti trasversalmente ai canali grossisti e C&C con focus su pasticcerie.
Responsabilità:
- Partecipare alla definizione del piano di crescita, degli obiettivi di volumi e redditività.
- Partecipare alla costruzione della politica commerciale e della sua attuazione.
- Gestione dell’assortimento, negoziazioni prezzi / promozioni.
- Proporre, in accordo con il marketing, i piani di azione trade per sostenere lo sviluppo delle vendite.
- Coordinare l’Order to Cash in sinergia con le Business Unit (Ordini, Logistica, Recupero Crediti).
- Rendicontare e definire le previsioni di vendita.
Requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza del mercato CHD (in particolare panetteria / pasticceria) e della clientela target: grossisti generalisti e specializzati, nazionali, regionali, indipendenti e grandi utilizzatori.
- Conoscenza del mercato dei prodotti lattiero-caseari.
- Esperienza di almeno 8 / 10 anni nel settore Food Service.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e / o francese.
