To ensure impeccable service from the very first guest interaction, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.
Role Objective
The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact between the hotel and its guests, playing a key role in delivering a warm, efficient, and personalized welcome. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing check-in and check-out operations, handling reservations, and assisting guests throughout their stay, in line with the high standards of a luxury hotel.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet guests with professionalism, courtesy, and attention.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures promptly and accurately.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services, the city, and local events.
- Manage phone and online bookings through the hotel’s management software.
- Keep arrival and departure records updated.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or special requests with timely and effective solutions.
- Ensure the reception area and guest information materials are tidy and presentable.
Mandatory Requirements
- High school diploma or university degree in tourism/languages (preferred).

- Knowledge of a third foreign language is considered a plus.
