Chi cerchiamo:
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura con comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo di modelli di intelligenza artificiale applicati all’analisi di immagini satellitari e dati geospaziali.
Responsabilità principali:
- Progettazione e sviluppo di modelli AI per l’analisi di dati satellitari (ottici e multispettrali);
- Pre-elaborazione e gestione di dataset geospaziali complessi;
- Collaborazione con data scientist, agronomi e partner assicurativi per la definizione dei requisiti;
- Validazione e interpretazione dei risultati per applicazioni reali in ambito agricolo;
- Supporto all’evoluzione delle pipeline di monitoraggio e predizione in ambienti di produzione.
Requisiti obbligatori:
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Telerilevamento, Informatica, Fisica o discipline affini;
- Conoscenza di Telerilevamento e immagini satellitari;
- Visione artificiale e machine learning;
- Analisi dati geospaziali;
- Esperienza pratica con linguaggio Python e librerie AI (es. PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas);
- Familiarità con strumenti GIS (es. QGIS, GDAL, rasterio).
Costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito agricolo o assicurativo
- Conoscenza di tecniche di agricoltura di precisione o modellazione agro-climatica
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di immagini Sentinel, PlanetScope, o simili
- Progetti all’avanguardia in un settore in forte evoluzione

Vos missions- Vous instaurez des « Best Practices » en vue d’une gestion de la qualité des données et veillez à les respecter
- Vous assurez le support à la rédaction et la mise à jour des guides d’utilisation concernant la saisie des réseaux dans l’application GIS (Geographic Information System)
- Vous formez les utilisateurs du GIS et garantissez un support continu aux centres
- Vous supportez l’équipe « Agent for Documentation/Service » dans l’élaboration des différents plans pour les projets dans l’application GIS et AutoCad
- Vous assurez une administration professionnelle de l’application GIS avec des mises à jour régulières, ainsi que le développement de KPI sur l’utilisation et la performance de l’outil
- Vous anticipez et identifiez les avancées et les innovations technologiques
- Détenteur d’un Bachelier en Ingénierie ou équivalent
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Maitrise des outils GIS et AutoCad

Vos missions- Vous instaurez des « Best Practices » en vue d’une gestion de la qualité des données et veillez à les respecter
- Vous assurez le support à la rédaction et la mise à jour des guides d’utilisation concernant la saisie des réseaux dans l’application GIS (Geographic Information System)
- Vous formez les utilisateurs du GIS et garantissez un support continu aux centres
- Vous supportez l’équipe « Agent for Documentation/Service » dans l’élaboration des différents plans pour les projets dans l’application GIS et AutoCad
- Vous assurez une administration professionnelle de l’application GIS avec des mises à jour régulières, ainsi que le développement de KPI sur l’utilisation et la performance de l’outil
- Vous anticipez et identifiez les avancées et les innovations technologiques
- Détenteur d’un Bachelier en Ingénierie ou équivalent
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
- Maitrise des outils GIS et AutoCad
- Engagement, précision et le goût du travail bien fait font parts de vos points forts

Your mission
We’re seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Revenue Business Analyst to join our Growth Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for uncovering insights that fuel smarter decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your mission will be to continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize key revenue and business KPIs, helping us maximize growth opportunities and strengthen the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc analyses of sales and marketing funnels, customer acquisition, churn, retention, and expansion metrics;
- Analyze payment platform performance to identify issues and uncover opportunities for revenue lift;
- Act as the main analytical partner for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights;
- Own revenue-related data trends, identify risks and growth opportunities, and translate them into practical recommendations;
- Raise red flags early, diagnose root causes, and propose initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and overall revenue performance.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Revenue Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, or other analytical-related roles, ideally in SaaS business models;
- Strong experience with product and web analytics (such as Amplitude and Google Analytics) and revenue/payment platforms (such as Braintree and Chargebee);
- Proven track record of turning complex data sets into actionable strategies that drive measurable revenue impact;
- Comfortable owning the numbers, spotting patterns, and proposing initiatives that anticipate challenges and unlock growth;
- Ability to simplify and clearly present complex findings to stakeholders at all levels, influencing business decisions;
- Full professional proficiency in English.
