_Intesa Sanpaolo is the banking group leader in Italy. It is looking for new qualify profiles who want to face demanding and challenging career path with the following requirements:_

**Scope and Purpose**:

- Originating Equity-Linked transactions from Italian and International clients, in strict coordination with the Bank's Relationship teams
- Keeping product and market databases up to date
- Preparing commercial pitches and presenting them to clients
- Preparing documentation for internal approvals
- Ensuring ongoing follow-up with clients
- Interacting with internal teams dedicated to the deal execution and marketing

**Required Experience**:
At least 3-5 years in Equity-Linked desks

**Competencies Required**:

- Solid product knowledge and proven experience of deals executed
- Familiarity with Monis pricing models
- Sound balance between analytical skills and relationship-building spirit
- Teamworking attitude
