He/She will manage and oversee the strategy and execution of all social media and digital plans. The role will be responsible for managing Marketing planning, goals setting and reporting. He/she will be in charge for Versace Brand awareness development and online/digital reputation management, contents creation and Community management as we move from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop the Versace social media strategy, ensuring alignment with the Global Marketing strategy and contributing to the achievement of the company objectives.
- Manage and implement innovative Social Media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement and brand storytelling.
- Define the social media content strategy and work closely with the Creative Services team to optimize the content creation and maximize the effectiveness of the brand campaigns.
- Identify, interpret, educate rest of marketing department on new digital and social media trends with a strong focus on metaverse and digital trends such as NFT, blockchain, gaming etc
- Act as primary point person to interact with Influencers, creating and nurturing strong relationships with them.
- Lead and coordinate the regional teams in local Social Media activities ensuring global coordination.
- Work closely with the Global Media team to ensure proper amplification of the brand's initiatives, ensuring full alignment between organic and paid social.
- Explore and manage collaborations with digital companies or social media platforms, creating strong relationships with the social media representatives.
- In-depth analysis of Social Media data, providing analytics and social listening regular reports.
- Manage the social media and influencer marketing budget.
- Negotiation and acquisition of new social media tools.
- Pitch, monitor and evaluate partner agencies.
**Profile**:

- At least 7 years’ experience in similar role for Fashion/Luxury Company;
- Master's Degree in Marketing&Communication, Social Media Management;
- Excellent English and Italian knowledge;
- Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side;
- Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of media and social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios;
- Be a team player with confidence to take the lead and guide.
