Job Description
**ABOUT THIS JOB**

NielsenIQ works with clients to provide insights, thought leadership to drive their business and grow their portfolios. Qualifications
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Own individual revenue target
- Generate short-cycle opportunities and revenues from syndicated solutions, such as RMS, KAD, Global Snapshots and new RI business intelligence apps
- Owner of a client portfolio in specific industries where works to penetrates new clients, lapsed and ad-hoc clients, with a special focus on white space and the small & medium enterprise (SME) in the FMCG
- Develop go-to-market strategies that will deliver maximum reach across the target client portfolio
- Create new leads, including from cold calling, and prioritize client visits based on sales potential
- Monitor progress against revenue target with tenacity and course-correct quickly where necessary leveraging SalesForce capabilities with ease
- Identify upselling opportunities by creating leads for more advanced/customised NielsenIQ services and to transform ad-hoc relationships into continuous contracts
- Utilise with creativity the tools available within the wider organisation to generate leads and develop engagement plans, such as Marketing & Communications calendars, commercial sales drives, category sales data and CRM toolkits
- Ensure that all syndicated sales materials, including proposals and marketing information, are consistent with the NielsenIQ Voice and demonstrate best in class within the industry
- Responsible for establishing strong client relationships to drive client management, engagement and retention, interacting with senior decision makers at clients by demonstrating on-going value
- Demonstrates high standards of performance, promotes a strong team environment. Partners with other internal teams to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Additional Information
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Passionate about sales, revenue growth, and new business opportunities
- Proven client-facing and excellent communication/presentation skills - ability to read other’s styles and adapt behavior accordingly
- Ability to interpret sales and consumer data
- Strong negotiator and deal closer, comfortable in challenging and influencing client
- Ability to work independently and coordinate efforts with other associates within a virtual environment
- Organizational skills: understanding of business priorities; ability to adapt to complex and changing organization; ability to manage time schedules.
- 3+ years experience in FMCG and client dynamics.
- Knowledge of the client's business environment and financial acumen
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
- Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spoken
- English: fully proficient, both written and spoken
- Use of Salesforce and PowerBI will be considered as an advantage
