**_ About the role:_**
- supported by a more experienced Investment Consultant in order to optimise the customer experience and the efficiency of the results.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Act as a spokesperson for Moneyfarm, delivering an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact
- Build a strong knowledge of Moneyfarm’s products and platform
- Communicate to our clients the views of our expert portfolio managers on how we invest our client's wealth and financial markets as a whole.
- Provide clear and concise guidance and simplified advice to help clients to reach their financial goals
- Work closely with other departments on additional projects to help improve overall client experience
- Keep the CRM database (Salesforce) up to date with all client contact
**Requirements**:
- University Master Degree in economics or finance
- You have 2/4 years of experience in a financial institution
- Strongs interest in commercial activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, strong costumer orientation attitude
- Proficiency in English
- Enrollment recommended but not mandatory in the OCF (Organismo Di Vigilanza dell'albo unico dei consulenti finanziari)
