What will you do?

You will join a team of highly skilled, resourceful, and innovative individuals.

You will help customers build or improve their Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices. Your main role will be to guide them in defining methodologies, documenting requirements and goals, and supporting them closely during mapping activities on the HOPEX platform.

Why is this role for you?

  • You have early experience in business process analysis, enterprise architecture, or GRC
  • You stay organized and manage multiple tasks in agile project settings
  • You explain ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • You approach challenges with logical thinking and curiosity
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business management, computer science/IT, or a related field
  • You're a native Italian speaker and confident in both spoken and written English

Who are you?

  • You collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time
  • You prioritize tasks based on strategy, importance, and urgency
  • You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • You are detail-oriented and confident in interpersonal and presentation settings
  • You explain technical analysis effectively to all types of audiences
  • You work well both independently and as part of a team
  • You multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • You understand enterprise architecture and design (a plus)
