We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join our Private Client department in our Bridgwater Office.
Consideration will be given to applicants with appropriate experience in a legal environment and the potential to develop a successful career in our growing Somerset law firm, which has a regional presence and a reputation as a great place to work.
You should possess excellent communication, administration, and client-facing skills, along with experience in handling complex matters. Previous experience or a keen interest in Private Client work within a professional or legal setting is desirable.
The RoleYou will work in our Bridgwater office as part of the Private Client team. You should be a self-starter and capable of supporting the team with all administrative duties.
Additionally, you will:
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Be proactive and self-motivated.
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional approach with clients and colleagues.
- Communicate effectively and professionally.
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Type quickly and accurately.
The role may require travel to provide cover at our other offices in Yeovil and Taunton. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
If possible, the successful applicant should be a vehicle owner and hold a full driving license.
