About the Program :
This role is part of our Early Career Batch Day. If you're graduating between 2023 and 2025, have less than 3 years of full-time work experience (excluding internships), and are passionate about digital content and creators, we want to meet you.
Join us on the 21st of July for a full-day selection event filled with interviews, networking, and insight into TikTok's LIVE team.
What You’ll Do :
- Support LIVE Strategy & Operations : Assist in developing and executing regional strategies for creator growth, monetization, and user engagement.
- Manage Agency Relations : Identify and build partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and live-streaming organizations; guide them across training, policies, and performance.
- Drive Data-Backed Decisions : Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve creator and agency outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with product, content, and global operations teams to localize and enhance LIVE experiences.
- Strategic Projects : Contribute to special initiatives to improve creator / agency onboarding, viewer retention, and platform safety.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :

I professionisti specializzati nel settore dei **Financial Services** forniscono consulenza ad ampio spettro rivolta ad imprese assicurative, Retail e Corporate & Investment Banking, Investment Management.
Entrando nel nostro team di **Milano, Roma **e** Verona** **sarai coinvolto in progetti sfidanti presso le istituzioni finanziarie italiane e internazionali leader nei propri ambiti di attività di:
- Definizione delle opzioni di sviluppo strategico e di crescita nel settore bancario e assicurativo
- Sviluppo di piani industriali e di Business Plan
- Studi di fattibilità per lo start-up di nuovi business e di prodotti innovativi
- Gestione di complesse operazioni di riassetto strategico, industriale e organizzativo e di integrazione aziendale
- Definizione e realizzazione della strategia commerciale delle principali istituzioni finanziarie (es. riassetto delle reti distributive, piani di marketing, modelli di pricing, etc.)
- Analisi di mercato, di benchmarking e di evoluzione attesa dei principali settori / segmenti di business nel mercato finanziario
- Definizione di modelli operativi e di programmi di miglioramento delle performance anche attraverso l’utilizzo soluzioni tecnologiche innovative
I nostri consulenti sono chiamati dal top management delle principali istituzioni finanziarie italiane e internazionali per risolvere i problemi più urgenti e difficili e per individuare le migliori soluzioni.
- Laurea magistrale conseguita o in fase di conseguimento in Scienze Economiche, Management e/o Ingegneria Gestionale
- Forte attitudine al problem solving e spiccata capacità intellettuale
- Importanti capacità analitiche e di comprensione delle problematiche e delle criticità
- Lateral thinking per portare innovazione e cambiamenti positivi nelle aziende clienti
- Orientamento al cliente e al risultato e forte determinazione
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali e capacità di costruire un rapporto di fiducia con i nostri clienti
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all’estero
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto MSOffice, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint
