Posizione
Per il proprio competence center Media-Mente Consulting , specializzato nella gestione e valorizzazione dei dati (Corporate Performance Management, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Integration e Management, Infrastruttura tecnologica ), siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Data Architect
La risorsa lavorerà sia individualmente che in team sull’ingegnerizzazione dell’intera pipeline di messa a terra di un progetto di data engineering. Collaborando con i Data Analyst per la definizione dei requisiti di business, si occuperà dello sviluppo dell’ecosistema dati su architettura sia cloud che on-premise, contribuendo alla crescita di Data Platform.
Per le figure più senior prevediamo il coinvolgimento anche in attività di demo, pre-sales e supporto alla vendita.
- Conoscenza del linguaggio SQL
- Conoscenza di Phyton, Java
- Conoscenza dell'intero stack BI
- Padronanza ed esperienza con database relazionali e NoSQL framework di elaborazione dati distribuiti, strumenti di data integration e ETL ( un plus è la conoscenza di stack moderni di ELT DBT / Mage / DataBricks / Data Factory)
- Conoscenza dei principi di controllo e accesso ai dati (IAM) e delle tematiche legate alla sicurezza del dato
- Conoscenza di almeno una delle principali piattaforme cloud in commercio (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle)
- Capacità relazionali e di comunicazione
Completano il profilo:
- Esperienza su progetti di Data Viz con altri strumenti di BI equivalenti (Tableau, OAS, QuickSight, Looker), con preferenza su Looker e sulla costruzione del Semantic Layer in LookerML o Cubejs
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata

About the Role
We are seeking a Data Engineer / Data Architect to lead data architecture and engineering initiatives. This role combines hands-on data engineering with strategic architecture planning, focusing on MongoDB-based solutions, performance optimization, and scalable data infrastructure design.
What will you do?
- Lead data modeling initiatives in MongoDB, implementing MongoDB design patterns for both transactional and analytical workloads
- Design ETL and CDC pipelines between MongoDB and external systems
- Architect scalable data structures, evaluate data architecture alternatives, and propose migration strategies to different architectures when needed
- Maintain databases through automated scripting, performance optimization, query performance evaluation, and index tuning
- Implement data encryption and security measures to ensure compliance with governance standards
Who are you?
- MongoDB expertise: Advanced knowledge of MongoDB, MQL, aggregation framework, MongoDB design patterns, query optimization, and index management
- Data modeling & architecture: Strong data modeling skills for both NoSQL and RDBMS environments, ability to evaluate different data architectures and propose migration strategies
- Database knowledge: Understanding of main data solutions and databases (relational, NoSQL, time-series, etc.) and their tradeoffs to effectively propose new solutions and migrations
- Programming: Proficient in Python for data processing and SQL for relational database operations
- Security: Experience implementing data encryption and security measures
- Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure data tools experience
