In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Respond to incoming inquiries (including internet chats, phone calls, web inquiries, and emails) by providing basic technical support, product recommendations, troubleshooting support, preparing quotes, and assisting with orders. Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing and chat softwares to provide support appropriately and document interactions.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to provide solutions for separation science-related products and services through customer-initiated inquiries and necessary follow-ups, while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and fostering strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Meet revenue targets in supported region / territory
- Understand and recognize basic customer analytical methods associated in multiple industries and provide technical solutions for assay development. Comprehend routine and complex testing to support timely product delivery to customers.
- Engage in lead generation initiatives to identify and cultivate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), supporting pipeline growth for the broader sales team.
The essential requirements of the role include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Life Science (such as Chemistry or Biology, etc) required.
- Proficient English Knowlwdge
- Experience with Microsoft Office and database management, and ability to quickly master new software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Driven to succeed in collaborative settings, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional teamwork
*This position will be offered as a 9-months temporary contract, with the possibility of extension or review for longer-term opportunities based on performance and business needs.

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna , who will have the possibility to conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.
Key Responsibilities:Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our hospital customers, the assistance can occasionally occur during weekends and overnight
Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support
Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma
Open to travel in Emilia Romagna, driving license is mandatory
Good communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in Italian
Able to work autonomously, being a team player as well
