Il ruolo
Stiamo cercando un Operations Manager con esperienza nel coordinamento operativo e nella delivery técnica di prodotti e servizi complessi (anche computer vision ed AI), in particolare in contesti ad alta intensità tecnologica e con forte componente di execution live.
Questa figura sarà il punto di riferimento tra i team tecnici, le operation e i clienti per garantire la qualità, puntualità e coerenza nell’erogazione di soluzioni Crionet, sia in ambito software (piattaforme, API, sistemi di scoring e CRM) che hardware (streaming, networking, edge devices).
Responsabilità principali
- Gestire la pianificazione operativa e il delivery tecnico dei progetti ed eventi, garantendo il rispetto degli SLA.
- Coordinare team cross-funzionali (tecnici, broadcast, product, logística, field).
- Assicurare l’allineamento tra roadmap prodotto e roll-out operativo dei servizi.
- Tradurre le esigenze dei clienti in azioni concrete e piani esecutivi.
- Ottimizzare processi di delivery, con focus su scalabilità, qualità e ripetibilità.
- Supervisionare l’implementazione di nuovi sistemi e piattaforme in ambito sport-tech.
- Supportare la gestione del magazzino tecnico e delle risorse di campo.
- Partecipare all’evoluzione delle metodologie di lavoro (Lean Ops, ITIL, Agile Ops).
Requisiti richiesti
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di operations, service delivery o project management in contesti tecnologici o sport-tech/media.
- Esperienza concreta nella gestione di progetti IT/tech-based e deployment di prodotti software.
- Capacità di lavorare in ambienti ad alta pressione e con tempistiche strette (eventi live).
- Ottima conoscenza delle best practice in ambito delivery, testing, provisioning e customer onboarding.
- Eccellenti doti organizzative, di comunicazione e leadership.
- Inglese fluente (parlato e scritto).
Costituiscono un plus
- Esperienza in ambito sportivo, media production o live streaming.
