Chi cerchiamo?
Stiamo cercando uno Specialista Google Workspace da inserire all'interno del Team della Funzione IT Network e comunicazione nella nostra HQ di Civitavecchia.
Garantirai la gestione, ottimizzazione e amministrazione di Google Workspace e dei sistemi documentali e gestionali integrati. Supporterai la formazione degli utenti, e l'implementazione di soluzioni che migliorino l'efficienza dei processi aziendali.
Quali saranno le tue principali attività?
· Amministrare e configurare gli account e i servizi Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, ecc.);
· Garantire la sicurezza e la conformità della piattaforma (gestione accessi, monitoraggio attività, backup dei dati);
· Ottimizzare l'utilizzo della suite tramite integrazioni e automazioni;
· Implementare e manutenere sistemi per la gestione documentale (es. archiviazione digitale, workflow approvativi);
· Configurare e monitorare sistemi gestionali aziendali per allineare i processi operativi alle esigenze aziendali;
· Collaborare con i fornitori per garantire continuità operativa e aggiornamenti tecnici;
· Fornire supporto tecnico agli utenti finali, risolvendo problematiche legate ai sistemi e garantendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione.
Hai le seguenti caratteristiche?
· Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, o esperienza equivalente;
· Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nella gestione di Google Workspace e sistemi documentali;
· Familiarità con linguaggi di scripting per automazioni;
· Buona conoscenza dell'inglese;
· Conoscenza Google Cloud Platform;
· Conoscenza delle best practice in materia di gestione documentale.

What you can expect in the role- Implementation and Management : Initiate and manage the deployment and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams (incl. telephony), OneDrive, Outlook, Project, Copilot, Power Apps, and other non-Microsoft productivity tools such as Miro.
- User Training and Support : Secure training and adequate support possibilities exist for users, providing ongoing support to ensure standardization and effective utilization of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Security and Compliance : Ensure that all collaboration tools meet security standards and compliance requirements, safeguarding organizational data according to policies, directives, and guidelines.
- Performance and Stakeholder Engagement : Track and analyse the performance of Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, ensuring constant improvement and user satisfaction. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Outsourced Service Management : Manage relationships with outsourced service providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality service delivery.
- Budget Management : Oversee the budget for the Microsoft 365 platform, including components and services, as well as collaboration tools, ensuring cost-effective management and allocation of resources.
In summary, you will manage the domain and drive the development of this area, taking full ownership of its operational responsibilities. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering results and ensuring progress within the domain. While you will lead and coordinate work across teams, the position does not include direct personnel management or team development responsibilities.
You will enjoy working here if you have- Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in Microsoft 365.
- Several years of experience in digital workplaces demonstrating proficient use of Microsoft 365 and/or collaboration tools in a global environment.
- Demonstrable experience in ensuring collaboration tools meeting security standards and regulatory requirements, eg ISO27001, GDPR/PIPL, SOC2, NIST.
- Proficiency in managing relationships with outsourced service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Ability to respond effectively to technological developments and innovative practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, active involvement.
- Proficient English language skills both in spoken and in writing.
