アマゾンジャパンの配送部門(Amazon Logistics: AMZL)は日本における大部分のサービスを提供しており、その高品質かつ革新的な配送サービスにより、お客様満足に貢献しています。同部門におけるUnder the Roof (UTR) とは、出荷拠点から発送された商品を配送地域・配送ドライバー毎に仕分け、バンまたはトラックに積載するまでの業務の総称です。UTR Safetyは、これらUTR業務の安全性の向上をリードする立場で、その対象範囲はUTRにおける全工程ならびにそれらに関わる全ての人々に及びます。
本ポジションであるDesign & Launch WHS Managerは、職場の安全衛生を確保する上で安全設計において重要な役割を果たします。エンジニアリングチームとオペレーションチームと緊密に協力し、設計や運営プロセスへの安全対策をデザイン視点で解決します。さらに、安全基準や人間工学の観点で継続的に改善しながら、様々な規制要件の遵守を確保する責任を担っています。
具体的には、新規・既存のDelivery Station (以下、DS。)の設備や工程に関する安全設計のためのリスクアセスメントとソリューションの提供、基準の策定、新規サイトの立ち上げにおけるデザインの各種法規、基準への適合確認とリスクアセスメント、事故発生時のデザインでの改善案の提示といった、デザイン全般の安全を担います。また、中期・年間目標の作成、現状とのギャップ分析、目標達成に向けた実施計画の策定と実行を社内外の関係部門(関係会社)と共に推進します。事故情報・危険情報の収集、原因分析、それらに対する予防措置と是正措置の策定と推進を行っています。Amazonのグローバル技術ソリューションの中から国内に効果的な安全プログラムやプロジェクト活動を通じて導入、日本からのBest Practicesの発信、グローバルの安全基準との整合性の確保を行います。各拠点や部門の責任者・担当者並びに協力会社様・個人事業主様と共にUTR safety全体の安全レベルを高めることに注力します。
主要な職務内容- 新規設備導入や新規工程の導入におけるリスクアセスメントの実施とソリューションの提供
- 既存サイトのGap AnalysisとRetrofitを計画と改善
- 安全における投資のManagement
- 新規サイトのLaunchにおけるデザインの各種法規、基準への適合確認とリスクアセスメント
- 事故や安全衛生に関する問題の調査とEngineeringアプローチによる改善策の提示と是正の推進
- プロセスの安全性評価
- 標準化の策定と継続的改善
- グローバルとの安全基準の整合性の確保と日本からのBest Practicesの発信
- 上記に関連した英文報告書の作成と英語によるAMZL経営層へのプレゼンテーション
- 正社員として5年以上のEHS管理もしくは機械/装置/設計の経験、または類似の経験
- 現場での安全指導と安全対策導入経験
- 法的及び社内規定に基づく要求事項に対する標準化及び導入経験
- EHS関連リスクアセスメント、事故原因調査と是正対策導入、EHS遵法監査経験
- チームマネジメント(2名以上の部下/3年以上の管理経験)
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来る)
- ISO18001/45001の導入、維持経験・国内のWHS関連の法律に関しての知識(労働安全衛生法、労働基準法、消防法)
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来る)
- 自己で課題を検出し、それに対して周りの協力を得ながら取り組み、周りの人を動かせるスキル
- チームワーク能力があり、マルチタスクに優れ、自ら優先順位をつけ、効率的に業務を遂行できる能力
- 事象を数値、データを用いて説明するスキル

Key Responsibilities:
- Definire e garantire la conformità agli standard di Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro, inclusi ISO 45001 e normative locali, per Accenture e i fornitori
- Collaborare con team interni (Workplace, Procurement, Business Functions, Legal) per integrare requisiti di Salute e Sicurezza nei processi aziendali, RFI/RFP e prequalificazioni dei Clienti
- Supportare la valutazione dei rischi, ispezioni in loco, pianificazione delle emergenze e audit ISO 45001 presso sedi aziendali e dei Clienti
- Gestire relazioni con leader aziendali, revisori interni/esterni e fornitori di servizi OHS, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo di programmi e standard globali
Qualifications And Skill Requirements
- Esperienza di 2 anni nella gestione di Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali strutturati simili ad Accenture
- Conoscenza delle normative locali e capacità di applicarle strategicamente per garantire la conformità e il miglioramento continuo
- Competenze in organizzazione, gestione del tempo e dei progetti, con capacità di ottimizzare processi e documentazione
- Capacità relazionali per interagire efficacemente con dirigenti aziendali, fornitori, autorità pubbliche e team interfunzionali, con un focus su leadership collaborativa e problem-solving
- Inglese fluente parlato e scritto
