As HR Compensation Specialist you will be part of the Human Resources and Organization Function within Compensation & Benefit team of Saipem , based in Milan .
How can you support us?
You will support the processes related to Executive Compensation for the managerial resources of the Group, with a specific focus on the following activities:
- Definition and development of incentive systems for the managerial population;
- Analysis and monitoring of the regulatory framework on executive remuneration;
- Design and implementation of Compensation & Benefits processes;
- Governance of the remuneration process and preparation of the Remuneration Report;
- Consolidation and analysis of data and preparation of final reports at Group level;
- Preparation of monitoring reports on Salary Review processes;
- Analysis and development of benefits policies for the Group.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Human Resource Management, Economics or related fields
- Background: at least 2 years of experience in HR Compensation position
- Languages: Fluency in English in an essential requirement. Knowledge of French will be a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly of Excel.
- Nice to have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, assertive communication, teamwork and proactivity
- What else should you know? Some travelling will be expected

La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team di Direzione Risorse Umane e in affiancamento all' HR Manager seguirà un percorso formativo occupandosi di tutti gli aspetti Compensation & Benefits:
**La figura si occuperà di**:
- Supporto nella gestione del Piano Incentivi (MBO) e Salary Review: analisi periodiche e monitoraggio delle schede MBO fino all’erogazione dei bonus, verifica degli algoritmi di calcolo a sistema, supporto agli HRBP e ai Manager, collaborazione con il team Sviluppo Carriere durante tutto il processo di Valutazione di Performance
- Supporto e consulenza dei beneficiari sul Piano Welfare aziendale
- redisposizione report e presentazioni relativi alle tematiche Comp&Ben
- Analisi dei dati retributivi, Gender Pay Gap, ecc su richiesta di Gerarchia e Gruppo
- Elaborazione e analisi dati per il progetto Total Reward Statement (revisione periodica dei pacchetti retributivi)
- Predisposizione report e presentazioni relativi alle tematiche Comp&Ben (sia per la Direzione HR che per il Top Management)
- Supporto implementazione modulo Reward nel nuovo sistema HR (SAP SuccessFactors) HRIS
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea Triennale/Magistrale in ambito di Consulenza del lavoro, Giurisprudenza, Economia
- Aver maturato una mínima esperienza nel di Comp&Ben all'interno di aziende. Si prenderanno in considerazione anche profili che hanno maturato uno stage curriculare o extracurriculare.

We are looking for a passionate colleague who will support our digital transformation in the area of Compensation. The compensation function is responsible to define, implement and monitor all remuneration policies in line with business objectives.

What you will do
• You will be involved in the management and optimization of the core HR system (Workday) for remuneration policies at group level;

•Ensure compliance with current regulations (Italian and foreign) and the correct application of internal guidelines and processes;
• You will support the definition of salary increase budgets for Annual Salary Review process. : reporting and analysis to support the annual salary review process with relevant HRs and Business Leads, considering both the macroeconomic context and the Company’s financial situation;
• You will develop and manage remuneration tools (surveys, benchmarking etc.) to monitor the market trend and identify any gaps compared to competitors;
•Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring the best possible use of available resources;
• You will provide consultancy services on various issues related to remuneration and benefits management;
• Participation in various C&B Projects to develop process workflows and manage C&B information
Qualification:
- Degree in Economics / Engineering / Computer Science or similar;
- Knowledge of English language at B2 level;
- Proven experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in working in international and multicultural environments;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Workday knowledge would be considered a plus;

Within our HR Shoreside Department we are looking for an energetic and empathic person to join the Shoreside Planning & Compensation Team in the role of **HRCompensation & Benefit Partner** .
We are looking for a professional willing to give his/her contribution to the definition of the reward policy in line with the corporate strategy.
**How you'll live your ambition:**
From our offices in **Genoa** , as a **Compensation & Benefit Partner** , you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits.
_Demonstrate your passion_
+ You will contribute to defining Global Compensation & Benefits policies and managing key reward processes in alignment with the company's strategy and the Group's overall approach.
+ You will support the management of short- and long-term incentive programs across various professional families, including drafting procedures, communication process, final results evaluations and preparing related reporting.
+ You will be involved in key projects to implement new system functionalities (Oracle) to support all reward-related processes.
+ You will be responsible for reporting activities and the ongoing maintenance of the HR system.

+ You will be involved in working groups and corporate initiatives that support the compensation, benefit and welfare, planning and forecasting processes.
+ You are a trusted advisor with solid experience of job architecture, leveling system and pay range structures.
+ You are skilled in managing KPIs focused on continuous improvement and process optimization
+ You are committed to enhancing our HR analytical capabilities by conducting regular reporting and in-depth analysis of key HR metrics.
+ Your experience will guide confident decision-making through collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving strategic initiatives and delivering outstanding business results.
**What makes you unique:**
+ You have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles within international corporate environments or consulting, with a proven ability to navigate multicultural dynamics and cross-border operations.
+ You hold an academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Management Engineering.
+ As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English-additional languages are a valuable asset.
+ Your unique combination of analytical thinking, conceptual insight, and excellent planning, organization, and time management skills sets you apart.
+ You are proficient in Excel, and familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboard tools is considered a plus.
+ You have solid experience with HR software and platforms such as Workday or equivalents.
+ You thrive on innovation, creativity, and strategic thinking, backed by strong digital skills and a data-driven mindset.
