La Direzione Risorse Umane e Organizzazione sta vivendo una fase di grande evoluzione e trasformazione e per potenziare il team stiamo cercando una persona da inserire come HR Employee Relation Specialist che, a diretto riporto dell’Employee Relations Manager, si occuperà di:
- effettuare l’analisi della normativa e dello sviluppo dei testi contrattuali;
- fornire consulenza su tematiche relative al contenzioso disciplinare;
- fornire un supporto su tematiche di relazioni sindacali;
- predisporre i contratti di lavoro e gestire le fasi di onborarding, crossboarding, offboarding;
- effettuare data quality review delle anagrafiche dei dipendenti;
- gestire rapporti interni, anticipando e risolvendo eventuali criticità legate agli aspetti contrattuali;
- garantire formazione e informazione verso la popolazione aziendale sui temi relativi al contratto di lavoro, agli aspetti amministrativi, previdenziali, ecc.
La persona che cerchiamo ha i seguenti requisiti:
- è laureata in Giurisprudenza, Amministrazione aziendale, Scienze Politiche o discipline affini e ha preferibilmente conseguito un Master in ambito risorse umane;
- ha una conoscenza approfondita della normativa sul lavoro;
- ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ambito HR Employee Relations o presso Consulenti del Lavoro o come HR Admin Specialist;
- ha un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel;
- ha dimestichezza con l’utilizzo di gestionali HR come ad esempio INAZ e SAP;
- ha eccellenti capacità comunicative ed è in grado di relazionarsi in modo efficace con i diversi stakeholder aziendali.

The position reports to the Head of Employee and Experience Relations Italy, within the EU Employee and Experience Relations Team at Amazon. This is a full-time position that will require up to 50% of travel throughout Italy and beyond on occasion, sometimes with little or no notice.
The role involves helping to develop and implement strategies to address country labor relations challenges for operational business lines delivering to our customers and providing labor relations support by collaborating with operational teams to advance company objectives.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement EXR strategy while managing day-to-day operations, supporting of Country initiatives.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Identify, predict, and mitigate employee relations risks while ensuring full compliance of EXR activities.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build and maintain influential relationships with Operations and other key departments (Legal, Finance, PR, Public Policy) to advance company objectives.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to develop recommendations, measure strategy success, and inform decision-making.
- Crisis Management: Handle critical employee relations issues under time constraints while balancing proactive projects with crisis response.
- Site Operations Oversight: Conduct routine site visits to develop and implement proactive/reactive ER risk mitigation strategies.
- Innovation Leadership: Develop and deliver solutions that challenge current practices while driving innovative EXR programs.
- Strategic Communication: Communicate EXR matters effectively across all organizational levels, ensuring alignment and understanding.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in employee relations, labour relations, or labour/employment Italian law
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Labour Relations, Business, or any other related field
- Fluent in both spoken and written Italian and English (CEFR, C2)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in distribution, logistics and/or transportation industries
- Excellent analytical skills, flexibility and organizational skills.
- Able to drive influence and build consensus among multiple stakeholders at all levels.
- Fast comprehension and high judgment.
- Experience working with third-party contractor workforces
- Able to navigate ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities and delivering results

The Senior Employee Relations (ER) Manager ensures Amazon’s readiness considering the forthcoming EU regulations and looks after trade unions management, employee engagement, and organizational transformation across EU. This role is part of the Employee Experience and Relations (EXR) team, reporting directly to the EU EXR Risk, Project & Compliance leader. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders at country, Business lines (BL), pan-EU and global level (notably the Global Labor Relations Team). By doing so, this role enhances Amazon’s compliance, drives positive employee engagement on essential priorities, and increases Amazon’s agility to manage ambiguous and complex situations.
This role can be performed from the following countries: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, UK. There will be travel required up to 30% of the time, mostly within the EU.
Key responsibilities- EU REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND COORDINATION: Coordinate the EXR effort related to forthcoming EU regulation, including: Working with Public Policy to identify approved and emerging regulations; Conducting impact analysis at pan-EU level, and support gap analysis across EU countries; Coordinating the preparation required at country level; Being accountable for the EXR working backward plan of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
- THIRD-PARTY STRATEGY MANAGEMENT: Lead the pan-EU strategy for third-party activities at EU federation level: Maintain up-to-date information and external insights about relevant developments and trends; Develop engagement strategies in collaboration with Public Policy and Public Relation; Provide reactive and proactive recommendations for third-party management, notably in case of significant development (UK reform).
- EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND PROUDNESS CAMPAIGNS: Design and deliver training actions to enhance ER capacities within the HR and Senior leaders’ functions; Collaborate with Public Relations and Internal Operations Communications to design and develop campaigns that enhance employee pride on Amazon. Lead “test & learn” initiatives, creative thinking, and action to improve employee sentiment.
- LABOR RELATIONS FRAMEWORK DEVELOPMENT: Develop the LR framework for major transformation cycles (e.g., site lifecycle milestones) to increase pan-EU standardization, lower costs, and reduce time to deliver while enhancing stakeholders and Associate satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Experience in Employees and Labor Relations management with a focus on pan-EU coverage; Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships in matrix environment, including third-party engagement at EU federation level
- Fluency in both written and spoken English (Common European Framework of Reference, C2) and at least one other European language, including but not limited to, French, Spanish, Italian, German.
