- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead in **understanding hiring needs**, specifically for new graduate roles, and building a steady talent pipeline
- Take care of the **recruiting for internship positions** coming from all the business
- Be the point of reference for our **partner universities** and our **providers **that support us in recruiting and onboarding interns
- Be constantly up to date about the **local legislation regarding internships**:

**Your profile**:
- You are completing your Master’s Degree or have just graduated in Economics, Business Administration or Human Resources Management and you are looking for an internship
- You possess strong organization and execution skills

La risorsa avrà l’opportunità di entrare in contatto con un contesto multinazionale innovativo nell’industria biomedicale. Requisiti:

**Dai forma al futuro**:Supporta lo Human Resources Business Partner nel processo di analisi organizzativa aziendale e nella definizione del fabbisogno delle risorse umane
**Sperimenta la cooperazione**:
- Collabora con il Learning and Development nella raccolta e definizione delle esigenze formative e dei percorsi di carriera
- Collabora con il Medico Competente per il monitoraggio delle visite mediche obbligatorie per la mansione
- Collabora per la raccolta delle esigenze dei dipendenti durante lo sportello HR
**Assumi nuove responsabilità**:
- Supporta l’HR Business Partner nelle attività di Employer Branding (Attivazione PCTO; Predisposizione Presentazioni Aziendali ed Eventi)
- Verifica le scadenze contrattuali (ad esempio: tempi determinati, somministrati, periodi di prova; etc.) e raccoglie la documentazione di riferimento
