In Angel4future, il tuo ruolo non sarà limitato alla progettazione grafica: sarai una figura centrale nello sviluppo strategico del prodotto, influenzando direttamente il modo in cui i nostri utenti interagiranno con la tecnologia.

At ShippyPro, we’ve built the most extensive online e-commerce logistics library, and we’re seeking an exceptional UX / UI Product Designer to lead the design of our logistics innovation roadmap and work closely with our development team.

• Own the end-to-end design process, from high-level ideation through to detailed design and validation in the market

• Experience with user research practices and methodologies.

Come Product Designer in Quickfisco, nella nostra sede di Milano, avrai un ruolo chiave all’interno del nostro Team Product, rispondendo al Product Manager e lavorando a stretto contatto con i Team Tech e Operations. Sfruttando le tue competenze, avrai l'obiettivo di sviluppare la User Interface e migliorare la Customer Experience dei nostri prodotti digitali, rendendoli intuitivi e accattivanti per semplificare la vita ai nostri clienti, spesso traumatizzati dalla burocrazia italiana ?

Cerchiamo una persona con una forte ambizione e voglia di partecipare a un percorso di crescita in un’azienda digitale, che mira a diventare uno tra i principali player di questo settore.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Creare wireframe, mockup e prototipi interattivi per nuove features o miglioramenti di features già esistenti sia per i prodotti web che mobile.
• Partecipare proattivamente alla progettazione di nuovi prodotti digitali.
• Collaborare con il team Tech e il team Operations per tradurre gli obiettivi aziendali in esperienze digitali efficaci e intuitive.
• Condurre ricerche qualitative e quantitative per comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e tradurle in soluzioni di design orientate a migliorare e ottimizzare la fruizione del prodotto.
• Contribuire all'evoluzione e al mantenimento del design system per garantire coerenza visiva e funzionale su tutte le interfacce.
• Testare soluzioni UX/UI, raccogliendo feedback sull’usabilità e utilizzando i risultati per implementare eventuali ottimizzazioni.

Desideriamo inserire all’interno del nostro Team una persona che abbia maturato un’esperienza di almeno 3 anni come Product o UX/UI Designer, preferibilmente in aziende SaaS o contesti startup. Rappresenta un plus aver lavorato in aziende che operano nel settore Fintech.

• Un portfolio che dimostra competenze nella progettazione di interfacce digitali intuitive e user-friendly, includendo esperienze su prodotti sia web che su mobile.

• Esperienza con i concetti di Figma Variables e gestione di un Design System scalabile.
• Conoscenza delle best practice di UX e dei principi di usabilità.

What you'll work on

• Design flows, UX/UI, Visuals and Prototypes that are simple and elegant
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Design peers to understand requirements and transform them into high level quality and visually crafted design.
• Leverage your creativity and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find design solutions.
• Balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints ensuring that our products remain democratic, scalable, and reliable.
• Learn about our users, how they use our products, understand their needs and pain points, and propose projects to fix them.
• Help us maintain and evolve our internal Design System
• Contribute to the design culture within Arduino.

What you bring

• Bachelor or Master degree in Design.
• You have at least 1 yr experience as Product Designer in a similar field
• You have a portfolio showcasing your skills in user experience, interaction design and visual design (applications without a portfolio are a no-go)
• You care about creating good products and love working both on UX and UI to shape beautiful artifacts.
• You care about business needs, implications, and the practicality of your solutions and work to deliver clear, intuitive, and appealing UX/UI
• You feel comfortable designing, illustrating, iterating, and prototyping in Figma
• You have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
• You are fluent in English
• You are open to work hybrid in our Torino’s offices.

Bonus Points

• You have experience in Agile methodologies
• You have experience in motion design (Lottie, Adobe AE or equivalent)
• You have experience balancing trade-offs while implementing a feature to ship it on time without compromising the long-term product vision.
• You have great communication skills and can articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
