What you’ll do

We are currently looking for an IT Architect who will drive the Digital Consumer Innovation & Emerging Technologies Team of our client.

If you're passionate about Generative AI, mobile app development, and rapid prototyping, this is your chance to make an impact in a global, iconic brand.

Main Tasks

  • Scout emerging tech trends (AI, AR, mobile) and propose innovative solutions
  • Build prototypes and PoCs using modern frameworks (JavaScript, Python, mobile)
  • Drive the architectural evolution of consumer mobile apps
  • Integrate AI solutions into consumer and marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external tech partners
  • Promote agile experimentation, automated testing, and continuous improvement
  • Share knowledge and mentor peers in a global innovation culture

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field; advanced certifications in cloud, mobile, or AI are a plus.
  • 5+ years experience in solution/IT architecture, ideally in digital or consumer-facing environments.
  • Strong hands-on capability in designing and prototyping solutions using modern technologies (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Node.js, Python, cloud services).
  • Proven experience with mobile apps – especially in consumer engagement or gamification.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft and AWS preferred), API-driven integration, and microservices.
  • Passion for innovation, fast learner, and strong interest in emerging technologies (AI, edge, AR/VR, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional teamwork and technical vendor management.
  • Proactive mindset, tech curiosity, and strong soft skills
  • Fluent in English; Italian and/or German are a plus

IL TUO RUOLO

Stiamo cercando una figura di IT Architect da inserire nel team di Infrastructure & Data Protection all’interno della B.U. Managed Security Services. La risorsa parteciperà alla progettazione e allo sviluppo di soluzioni infrastrutturali e di cyber resilience.

Principali responsabilità:

  • Progettare, implementare e gestire soluzioni VMware, Nutanix e Rubrik
  • Eseguire la configurazione, il monitoraggio e la manutenzione delle infrastrutture virtuali
  • Risolvere problemi complessi e fornire supporto tecnico di alto livello
  • Collaborare con il team di ingegneria per sviluppare e implementare best practices
  • Fornire consulenza tecnica e formazione ai clienti
  • Partecipare alla valutazione e alla selezione di nuove tecnologie e soluzioni
  • Redigere documentazione tecnica e rapporti dettagliati sui progetti

Cosa cerchiamo:

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o un campo correlato
  • Esperienza comprovata di almeno 3 anni in un ruolo tecnico senior
  • Esperienza approfondita con VMware, Nutanix e Rubrik
  • Certificazioni pertinenti (VMware VCP, Nutanix NCP, Rubrik RCSA)
  • Conoscenza avanzata dei sistemi operativi, delle reti e delle infrastrutture cloud
  • Capacità di lavorare in team e di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente
  • Eccellenti capacità di problem solving e di comunicazione
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e di prendere decisioni informate

REQUIREMENTS:

The following skills are required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems (both Client and Server)
  • ability to work autonomously between the functionalities offered by the operating systems and their use and knowledge of the MS Office suite, without requiring administrative skills
  • Proficiency in SQL language
  • ability to read an ER (Entity Relationship) diagram by understanding its semantics, read queries and make changes if necessary
  • ability to read and understand a technical document and read/write technical emails to the team is required

Among the European leaders in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for an IT Delivery Consultant.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidates will be part of technical consultancy teams operating in the banking sector (domestic and international) involved in architectural, security and systems aspects in the context of software delivery projects oriented towards distributed computing of large volumes of data both on-premises and on-cloud.

Ideal candidates are young recent graduates in computer engineering, electronics, telecommunications or computer science or, if they have a diploma in the technical-industrial sector with an IT focus, with at least 3 years' experience in the Information Technology sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

The following skills are required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems (both Client and Server)
  • Ability to work autonomously between the functionalities offered by the operating systems and their use and knowledge of the MS Office suite, without requiring administrative skills
  • Proficiency in SQL language
  • Ability to read an ER (Entity Relationship) diagram by understanding its semantics, read queries and make changes if necessary
  • Ability to read and understand a technical document and read/write technical emails to the team is required
  • Knowledge of containerization principles and of the main container orchestrators (Kubernetes)
  • Experience of managing IT systems on the cloud (preferably MS Azure)

One or more of the following skills would be advantageous:

  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of MS PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems (Ubuntu and/or Red Hat)
  • Understanding of object-oriented software development

  • Strong team working skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English

In questo ruolo, acquisirai competenze di progettazione e gestione architetturale. Entrerai infatti a far parte del team Architecture e sarai coinvolt* nella definizione e realizzazione di soluzioni applicative cross-sistema , a supporto dei principali processi aziendali. Il tuo ruolo sarà quello di raccordo tra il business e i team IT , per tradurre le esigenze e contribuire alla definizione di soluzioni architetturali coerenti, sostenibili e scalabili.

Ti occuperai di:

  • Contribuire alla definizione delle linee guida architetturali per i sistemi applicativi (prescrizione sugli stack da utilizzare, modalità di integrazione, etc.);
  • Collaborare con le unità organizzative/fornitori per elaborare il disegno architetturale di soluzioni applicative E2E , valutando flussi, sistemi coinvolti e modalità di integrazione, analizzando esigenze di business e definendo requisiti
  • Collaborare con i team tecnici per garantire coerenza con le linee guida architetturali aziendali
  • Contribuire alla progettazione delle soluzioni IT identificando i requisiti tecnologici necessari per la realizzazione
  • Monitorare evoluzioni tecnologiche e contribuire all’innovazione architetturale del parco applicativo
  • Mantenere documentazione aggiornata e supportare la governance architetturale

Sei la persona che fa per noi se:

  • Hai una formazione tecnico-scientifica (Ing. Informatica, Telecomunicazioni, Scienze dell’Informazione, etc.)
  • Hai almeno 2–3 anni di esperienza in ambito IT, anche in ruoli tecnici come sviluppatore, technical analyst, system integrator, o Tech PM e hai voglia di crescere verso un ruolo architetturale con visione trasversale
  • Sai come si integrano più sistemi/applicazioni e relativi strumenti (REST API, message broker, flussi dati)
  • Hai capacità di analizzare problemi, fornire soluzioni, dialogare con più interlocutori
  • Hai un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Nice to have:

  • Conoscenza base di framework architetturali (eg. TOGAF)
  • Conoscenza di metodologie e strumenti per la gestione del sw Development Lifecycle, DevOps, CI/CD
  • Conosci una o più piattaforme CRM, Billing, ERP/MRP, Logistics, MKT Automation, etc.
  • Esperienza con piattaforme Cloud e Kubernetes

ICTpiù, divisione Tech & Digital di Lavoropiù, è alla ricerca di un/una IT Architect da inserire presso un'azienda cliente con sede a Brescia, operante nel mondo agricolo.

La risorsa si occuperà della progettazione e della supervisione di architetture IT complesse, garantendo l’allineamento tra le soluzioni tecnologiche adottate e gli obiettivi strategici dell’organizzazione. L’IT Architect collaborerà con team di sviluppo, sicurezza e operations, supportando l’adozione di standard architetturali e partecipando attivamente a progetti di migrazione cloud e digitalizzazione dei processi.


Responsabilità principali:

Progettazione di architetture IT complesse (on-premise, cloud e ibride)

Collaborazione con i team di sviluppo, sicurezza e operations per garantire coerenza architetturale

Valutazione di nuove tecnologie e proposta di soluzioni innovative

Redazione di documentazione tecnica e architetturale

Supporto alla governance IT e alla standardizzazione dei processi

Partecipazione a progetti di trasformazione digitale e migrazione verso ambienti cloud


Requisiti:

Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini

Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli legati all’architettura IT

Conoscenza approfondita di architetture cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Esperienza con microservizi, container (Docker, Kubernetes) e API management

Familiarità con strumenti di CI/CD e DevOps

Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese


Sono gradite:

Certificazioni tecniche: es. TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert

Esperienza in ambito sicurezza informatica o data architecture
