Orario di lavoro: full time, dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 08:30 alle 17:30.
Si offre inserimento in somministrazione a tempo indeterminato con ral commisurata all'esperienza (23.000 - 25.000)

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione delle assegnazioni delle dotazioni tecnologiche garantendo il corretto aggiornamento della base dati (ServiceNow ITAM);
- Consegna e ritiro degli asset tecnologici verso gli utenti finali;
- Organizzazione ed esecuzione degli inventari periodici;
- Gestione del magazzino, monitorando le giacenze ed occupandosi di eventuali ordini per reintegrare le scorte;
- Preparazione delle spedizioni dei materiali in uscita e compilazione dei documenti di trasporto;

How you'll live your ambition
Imagine yourself as part of our IT Operations team in Genoa (HQ) , coordinating IT workplace and asset management. Your duties will be diverse, from managing hardware and software assets to implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll navigate the dynamic world of IT, ensuring smooth operations and improving our management and life cycle of company assets (shore and ship side).
Demonstrate your passion
- Coordinate the full life cycle of company assets, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring optimal resource allocation and regulatory compliance.
- Manage a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for efficient IT asset tracking.
- Focus on customer perspective, promoting transparency in communication and fostering an exceptional guest experience.
- Utilize advanced software tools like ServiceNow and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for efficient asset management and streamlined processes.
- Proactively identify IT system bottlenecks and areas for improvement, devising innovative solutions.

- Oversee the management of IT operations, ensuring compliance and smooth execution.
- Evaluate asset performance using financial and operational data, suggesting improvements and anchoring Costa's reputation.
- Manage contracts, collaborate on budgeting, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

- Experience with key technologies like ServiceNow and a familiarity with ITIL processes.
