La persona si occuperà della risoluzione di problematiche hardware e software per l’utenza aziendale e collaborerà con il Gruppo per nuovi aggiornamenti di sistema.
Principali attività:
•Fornire supporto tecnico di primo livello agli utenti risolvendo problemi relativi a pc, periferiche e servizi di rete;
•Diagnostica e risoluzione di problemi, fornendo soluzioni rapide ed efficaci per garantire la soddisfazione degli utenti;
•Collaborare con altri membri del team IT per risolvere i problemi più complessi o ricorrenti al livello successivo;
•Installazione e configurazione hardware e software per gli utenti, secondo le procedure stabilite dall’organizzazione;
•Applicare le policy di sicurezza dei sistemi rispettando le procedure aziendali e le normative di settore;
•Pianificare ed eseguire le sostituzioni di switch di rete e AP Wi-Fi in stretta collaborazione con il nostro team operativo;
•Collaborare con altre comunità IT per pianificare ed eseguire progetti tecnici;
•Documentare problemi tecnici, risoluzioni e creare articoli della base di conoscenza per migliorare l'efficienza del supporto e responsabilizzare gli utenti finali.
REQUISITI
•1/2 anni di esperienza pregressa in un ruolo di supporto IT o help desk è preferita in ambito aziendale;
•Buone conoscenze dei sistemi operativi Windows 10/11, nonché dei pacchetti software più comuni in ambito aziendale ( es. Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Adobe.);
•Familiarità con la configurazione di computer, stampanti e periferiche;
•Conoscenza del protocollo tcp/ip, dei servizi di rete e configurazione di apparati (switch, access point, telefonia voip);
•Gradite conoscenze delle tecnologie di virtualizzazione come VMware e dei sistemi operativi Microsoft Server;

Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Local IT Support employee to join our IT team in Italy (Ivrea). The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support and assistance to local IT users, local IT systems and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with the Local IT coordinator, the central IT organization and external IT service providers. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide first-level support to local IT users, resolving day-to-day issues related to hardware, software, network, and selected applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain local IT equipment, such as computers, printers, scanners, phones, etc.
- Monitor and troubleshoot local IT systems, such as servers, network devices, backup systems, etc.

Qualifications and experience
Mandatory requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (or comparable qualification) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an IT support technician or specialist, better if within the automotive or (discrete) manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent Italian and English is a must.
Beneficial experience and qualifications
