Armani Hotel Milano, hotel 5 stelle di lusso situato nel cuore del quadrilatero della moda di Milano, sta cercando un Armani Care Manutentore che possa entrare a far parte del Dipartiemnto di Engineering.

**RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI**:

- Manutenzione degli impianti di seguito elencati al fine di mantenere un'elevata standardizzazione: impianti di climatizzazione ed elettrici; sistema frigorifero; attrezzature per la cucina e la lavanderia; trasporto verticale; caldaia e impianto vapore; sistema a bassa tensione (Extra Low Voltage); impianti idraulici e di drenaggio; sistemi vari; ascensore; idraulica e smaltimento acque chiare/scure; riparazione di mobili.
- Familiarità con le procedure di emergenza e prontezza per qualsiasi emergenza che possa verificarsi.
- Familiarità con tutta la documentazione aziendale correlata e in particolare con le SOP pertinenti al campo di responsabilità.
- Garantire un'attenta gestione di tutto il patrimonio immobiliare.

**REQUISITI**:

- Precedente esperienza nel settore dell’hotellerie.
- Almeno due anni di esperienza nello stesso livello.
- Conoscenza lingua italiana e inglese (ulteriori lingue straniere saranno considerate un plus).

Established in 2004 the Studio, under the direct supervision of Giorgio Armani, provides a comprehensive design service for a variety of projects: apartments in the most exclusive locations, private yachts and planes, exotic villas and prestigious residential complexes. While implementing the Armani style in different contexts and with different shades, the ultimate aim of the Studio is to respond to the demands and wishes of the client.
In this context, we are looking for a talented Interior Designer who will work together with the internal team on a freelance basis.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will support the Armani/Casa Interior Design team and will manage projects for private and contract residences.

He/she will be involved from the concept till the delivery of the project, through all the phases:

  • layout development
  • selection of furniture and materials
  • design of ad-hoc furniture
  • preparation of all the required papers: moodboard, projects presentation, technical sheets, quotations
Requirements
  • A Master Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • At least 10 years’experience working in-house or in an Interior Design Studio, with a focus on high end residential projects at international level
  • Knowledge of materials and finishes
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills

Within the Giorgio Armani Store in Milano Rinascente Duomo, you will join the team as Store Manager, reporting to the Retail Manager South Europe. You will act as Brand Ambassador, promoting the Armani culture, developing the team, managing the store and taking care of operations management and performance maximization (sales volume, profitability, customer portfolio, etc.).
You will work in close contact with the Client Advisors by infusing energy into the team through your commitment and lead with passion in order to stimulate achievement of the best possible results. All these efforts aim to offer excellence in customer service. You will be in charge of the development of each Client Advisor, identifying the strengths and areas for improvement, training and coaching them daily.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by analysing performance data and implementing improvement strategies for the store
  • Analyse objectives provided by the HQ to the Client Advisors and drive their achievement
  • Foster client-centric culture within the team, supporting them on client discovery, increasing loyalty of existing ones and sharing best practice on clienteling activities and sales
  • Organize and conduct staff induction programs, trainings, morning briefings, one to one in order to support team’s growth and engagement
  • Identify and develop talents within your team to propose for internal development opportunities in agreement with the Retail Manager and the HR Team
  • Manager the staffing roster and annual leave, always ensuring proper coverage of the selling floor and smooth store operations

Context and purpose of the job:
Within the Armani Exchange store in Milan, you will join the team as Client Advisor (Part-time). In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
  • Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
  • Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
  • Provide an impeccable image of the boutique
  • Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales
Requirements

Must have skills:
  • 2+ year of experience in the same role, possibly within the Fashion & Luxury industry
  • Higher education diploma and/or degree
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit
Nice to have skills:
  • Mastery of clienteling activities
  • Fluency in any other language apart from English is surely appreciated
