In questo ruolo a tempo pieno e in sede, richiediamo le seguenti attitudini:
Responsabilità principali:
Gestione e ottimizzazione del processo di allestimento di barche
Coordinamento delle attività produttive in linea con i tempi e gli standard qualitativi
Monitoraggio dei parametri di processo e implementazione di miglioramenti
Collaborazione con produzione ufficio tecnico per garantire la continuità produttiva
Formazione e supervisione del personale operativo
Requisiti:
Esperienza anche minima nel settore dell'allestimento imbarcazioni in vetroresina
Competenze in lettura del disegno tecnico e dei programmi CAD
Capacità di leadership operativa e gestione del team
Laurea in ingegneria navale o meccanica

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our European team. This role is pivotal in managing complex documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, driving project success through strategic planning and effective communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain complex files and document management systems, and work with project teams to release for company products (drug substance and drug product) - Maintain organized and accurate record of all product’s specific documents and correspondence with partners, vendors, customers, contract labs, etc. - Continuously monitor the progress of assigned projects and communicate timelines to senior leadership and executive staff. - Create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets, or other appropriate tools to manage projects. - Focuses on proactive planning to manage risk, remove barriers, and meet goals. - Facilitates meetings and keep them effective by defining concise agenda, acting as a timekeeper, summarizing action items and maintaining records - Support quality and regulatory affairs when needed. To include, assist in the preparation of the site for customer and agency inspections. - Facilitate resolution of issues/concerns/problems with internal and external partners. - Serve as customer liaison between internal departments and customers
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to work on multiple projects with a minimum of supervision and meet established timelines. - Qualified candidate should have a BS/BA in chemistry or life science. - Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SQL, etc. are required. - Familiarity with both CFR 21 and ICH guidelines in regards to GMPs’ is desirable. - Must possess strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. - Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently. - You must be fully bilingual. Fully fluent in English and French or German.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our European team. This role is pivotal in managing complex documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, driving project success through strategic planning and effective communication.
