About the Role
We are looking for two highly proactive sales colleagues for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.
- Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.
- Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China.
- Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly.
- Business travel to customer and to our market related fair or event
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the packaging industry (customers are sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine&spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).

In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
To form close relationships with end users, consultants and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand, and to increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products. To achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix. This will involve the strategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well as the ability to influence decision makers and ensuring sales growth. Strategic planning - Both short and medium term sales planning will be required on a regular basis following sales workshops, and liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information. This is to ensure the correct positioning of Hanwha products in the market. Recommendations on marketing plans and new/revised strategic direction will be discussed with the Country Manager. Properly manage and develop network of partners (integrators and installer) part of Hanwha channel partner programme (STEP Programme), with responsibility on sales revenue generated through assigned Partners Support activity of Strategic Sales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned region within defined Strategic Vertical Markets Areas of responsibility will include the following (but not limited to): End user consultations Consultants and specifiers Liaising with major System integrators at senior level Ensure actual customer based are kept update with product information Increase project pipeline and revenue with existing active customers Create a project pipeline with new customers Report on weekly basis on sales and project progress Existing customer audit analysis Product and market segmentation, positioning and targeting Input of ideas towards marketing plans for new product launches and customer events Focus on product/channel/customer margin Accuracy of forecasting Achievement of all budgets and targets
Requirements:

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione di tutte le diverse fasi di sviluppo dei progetti, inclusa l’identificazione, la valutazione e l’ottenimento delle autorizzazioni per progetti fotovoltaici ed eolici. Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Gestire il processo di project development, dalla selezione dei siti fino all’ottenimento delle autorizzazioni, coordinando le iniziative di origination e garantendo un’efficace gestione della pipeline;
- Ricerca e valutazione di opportunità di sviluppo impianti fotovoltaici/eolici;
- Negoziazione con i proprietari terrieri circa la compravendita dei terreni e/o i Diritti di Superficie e/o le servitù di cavidotto;
- Supervisionare lo sviluppo delle analisi di fattibilità e seguire il follow-up del permitting;
- Gestire le relazioni con i differenti stakeholder coinvolti nel processo autorizzativo, incluse le pubbliche autorità, gli enti di controllo e i proprietari terrieri;
- Coordinare le fasi di due diligence tecno-economica dei progetti e verificare la corretta predisposizione della documentazione necessaria;
- Effettuare analisi di costo e budgeting;
