Responsabilità

Il/la HR Business Developer avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare commercialmente l’attività sul territorio di competenza, pianificando visite, implementando azioni di business development coerenti con il mercato locale e fidelizzando i clienti.

  • Responsabilità del budget e dei risultati economici (Fatturato, margine)
  • Responsabilità della mappatura del territorio, prospecting e analisi della concorrenza
  • Promozione di azioni di business development e fidelizzazione clienti
  • Attività di cross selling
  • Sviluppo di relazioni di partnership, offrendo consulenza e supporto in cambiamenti organizzativi e normativi
  • Redazione di offerte commerciali secondo le direttive aziendali
  • Gestione della negoziazione e delle relazioni commerciali
  • Coordinamento con altri ruoli di filiale per il servizio al cliente
  • Forte orientamento al cliente e al risultato
  • Visione strategica e pensiero analitico
  • Gestione dei collaboratori
Requisiti e competenze
  • Laurea in materie economiche e/o giuridiche
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali in APL
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
  • Conoscenza del CRM Salesforce

Your journey ahead:

When joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. You will be responsible for the exponential growth with our multiple strategic key accounts/ partners in Europe. You will be working closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team.

Your Challenges:

  • Grow: Identify new business opportunities for Ecoflow product sales as well as implementing business development initiatives to expand sales channels. By analyzing industrial development, identifying prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry to define sales options for EcoFlow;
  • Build and maintain long term partnership by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market;
  • Maintain strong relationship with the major solar/ renewable energy distributors.
  • Responsible for Italy offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums;
  • With other departments together, plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities;
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and complete the sales target.

Your profile includes:

  • Min 3+ years relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry.
  • Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers are desired.
  • Bachelor or master’s degree.
  • Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver
  • Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity and able to think in other people’s shoes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as a working language, additional European language fluency will be a plus.

Your journey ahead:

When joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. You will be responsible for the exponential growth with our multiple strategic key accounts/ partners in Europe. You will be working closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team.

Your Challenges:

Grow: Identify new business opportunities for Ecoflow product sales as well as implementing business development initiatives to expand sales channels. By analyzing industrial development, identifying prospects, and evaluating their position in the industry to define sales options for EcoFlow; Build and maintain long term partnership by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market; Maintain strong relationship with the major solar/ renewable energy distributors. Responsible for Italy offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums; With other departments together, plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities; Develop and implement strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and complete the sales target.

Your profile includes:

Min 3+ years relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry. Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers are desired. Bachelor or master’s degree. Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity and able to think in other people’s shoes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as a working language, additional European language fluency will be a plus.

About Us: Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities: 1. Develop partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. Focus on categories selections to increase overall value, in alignment with business and customer needs. 2. Assist merchandise partners in establishing themselves on the platform and their growth. Guide merchandise partners in developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies. 3. Propose innovative ideas based on the current status of the categories, as well as create and implement projects through resource integration and merchant guidance. 4. Conduct industry analysis reports, explore potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends.

Qualifications: 1. 5+ years of operational experience, including but not limited to experience in brand management or platform operations. 2. Extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks is a plus. 3. Strong data analysis skills, able to analyze industry trends and project management through data, and summarize conclusions. 4. Possesses market exploration and marketing innovation capabilities, capable of guiding overall merchant marketing plans. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changes. 6. Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods.
