Quix Recruitment collabora con un prestigioso studio legale internazionale per selezionare un talentuoso Consulente Fiscale Italiano da inserire nel team in crescita dedicato ai Private Client internazionali con sede a Londra.

Si tratta di un'opportunità rara ed entusiasmante per entrare a far parte di uno dei team di diritto privato più rispettati a livello globale. Lavorando a stretto contatto con un partner di riferimento nel settore, il ruolo è focalizzato sulla pianificazione fiscale transfrontaliera, sulla strutturazione successoria e sulla consulenza patrimoniale secondo il diritto e la fiscalità italiana. Con una clientela internazionale di alto profilo, la posizione è ideale per un consulente fiscale o un avvocato tecnicamente preparato e orientato al lavoro di squadra.

Si prega di notare: questa posizione è con sede a Londra ed è prevista un'assistenza completa per il trasferimento (relocation) per i candidati provenienti dall'estero. I CV devono essere inviati in lingua inglese.

Responsabilità Principali

Fornire consulenza strategica su pianificazione fiscale, strutturazione successoria e tematiche patrimoniali internazionali relative al diritto italiano Gestire questioni fiscali transfrontaliere per clienti HNW e family office Interagire con clienti, fiduciari e consulenti internazionali Redigere documentazione e proporre soluzioni su misura Supportare i professionisti senior nelle attività di sviluppo commerciale Contribuire alla condivisione della conoscenza interna e alla formazione Garantire la conformità alle normative legali e professionali

Requisiti

Abilitazione come

Avvocato

Dottore Commercialista

in Italia Minimo

4 anni di esperienza concreta

in ambito fiscale italiano Interesse o esperienza nel settore dei Private Client e pianificazione fiscale internazionale Fluente in italiano e inglese (scritto e parlato) La qualifica STEP o esperienza equivalente nel settore è un plus Ottime capacità analitiche, redazionali e di gestione del cliente Approccio orientato alle soluzioni e alla consulenza commerciale Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team
