NABA Rome is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role described below.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional, ready to start as a consultant (VAT registered), who will lead course development, coordinate lecturers, and ensure the highest levels of student satisfaction and academic quality.
The successful candidate will join the Rome team and will carry out the following activities:
Responsibilities- Ensures analysis of the reference industry context, for the purpose of assessing projects for new courses;
- Submit course proposals to the Head of education as well as changes to update the current courses;
- Supervise activities for elaborating the programs of the courses, ensuring the alignment of lecturer activities and collaborating with the Academic Services in order to finalize the course schedules;
- Ensure the production and review of handbook; approve the didactic programs.
- Oversee the quality of the assigned course, based on Academic Service surveys;
- Provide support in cross-disciplinary integration activities;
- Hold meetings to offer guidance and support to lecturers and students;
- Ensure budget management and preparation of purchase requests to be submitted for approval of the Head of education (materials, visiting Professors, rentals, professional services, etc.).
- In collaboration with the Head of education (and Area Leaders or School Director when needed) select faculty
- create and/or supervise the educational content;
- Ensure support for achieving the expected results for each single course;
- Ensure support to Head of education for managing the recruiting of new teachers and monitoring the performance levels of current faculty members;
- Offer mentoring activities to the professors (to guarantee contents and teaching methods alignment);
- Offer front end and support for students, concerning all academic matters.
- Promote and facilitates the progression of talented and suitable graduated students to courses.
- Deliver all scheduled teaching activities: lectures, exams, admission exams, thesis supervision, consulting hours for students, course projects (project leadership), and workshops.
- Hold a relevant academic degree in Fashion, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
- Possess significant professional experience in fashion marketing, brand management, or related roles, preferably in an international context.
- Demonstrate previous experience in academic or training environments, with ability to coordinate courses and mentor lecturers.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with ability to plan, implement, and oversee course activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and external partners.
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently as a consultant (VAT registered).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in fashion marketing and management.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational aspects of course delivery.
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and student satisfaction.

The Opportunity
Adobe Consulting’s Western region is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive the success of a multidisciplinary team of Enterprise Architects, Digital Strategists, Technical & Data Architects, and Business Consultants across Western countries.
As part of the Western Consulting Leadership team, you will shape and execute strategy, optimize performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure customer success. You will play a key role in driving delivery excellence and thought leadership in partnership with the Architecture Data & Activation (ADA) and Digital Impact Group (DIG) organizations. - Engage directly with key customers to drive success , resolve escalations, and maximize satisfaction

- Own team performance and achievement of targets (individual and regional)
- Navigate a matrix environment, balancing regional and global business unit priorities

Requirements
- Proven records in managing and coaching high-performing professional services teams in a consulting or software vendor environment
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing field would be highly appreciated (Adobe Suite or competitors)

- Experience in growing and handling customer accounts

GROUP MARKETING DIRECTORLa risorsa riportando all’Amministratore Delegato di Gruppo, avrà come sede di lavoro l’HQ di Gruppo di Padova e dovrà coordinare il team marketing dei Brand localizzato tra Padova e Milano. La persona avrà la responsabilità di assicurare l’efficacia delle attività di marketing, advertising e comunicazione sui canali offline, online e digitali, con particolare attenzione alle attività below the line.
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di
- Redigere un piano annuale di marketing (ATL, BTL, digital, eventi, social media), a partire dalla definizione del budget, in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Coordinare e pianificare le campagne pubblicitarie sia in termini ideativi che di media management;
- Coordinare il team per la gestione dei brand di proprietà e in licenza;
- Coordinare il team grafico nella predisposizione dei differenti materiali BTL, lavorando a stretto contatto con l’R&D Department in Hong Kong e i team Retail di Italia, Germania e Francia;
- Gestire le attività di digital marketing per tutti i brand dell’Azienda;
- Elaborare e fornire le guidelines espositive per i brand aziendali ai team visual merchandising del Gruppo;
- Valutare il ritorno degli investimenti fatti in comunicazione e BTL, con attività sia di field che di back office;
- Pianificare il media budget e gestire l’attività di media buying, nonché la produzione dei materiali per le attività digital e online;
- Coordinare il team P.R. interno;
- Garantire il costante allineamento dei team commerciali WW – sia canale wholesale che retail – con le strategie di brand e le attività operative conseguenti;
Merchandising, Sales Italia, Sales Estero e Filiali, R&D Europa e Supply Chain, Marketing Retail di Italia, Germania e Francia.
Requisiti preferenziali- Esperienza di gestione di brand, con sviluppo di campagne di comunicazione online e offline e attività BTL;
- Provenienza da B2C, con esperienza di business che utilizzano digital e social media;
- Conoscenza fluente parlata e scritta dell’inglese, la conoscenza della lingua francese e / o tedesca sarà considerata un plus;
