- Conduzione in autonomia di selezioni per figure di professional / middle e partecipazione alla valutazione di figure di top management
- Stesura di job post efficaci e attrattivi
- Relazione costante e fidelizzazione con i clienti aziendali
- Redazione di proposte, profili e report di assessment
- Laurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o giuridiche
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ricerca e selezione, preferibilmente in contesti di consulenza o aziende strutturate
- Energie e curiosità senza confini, con forte orientamento all’apprendimento continuo
- Proattività e project management per gestire progetti complessi in autonomia
- Soft skills relazionali solide, capacità di ascolto e consulenza

Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our executive search client base across your region
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and board members at leading financial institutions seeking recruitment services
- Lead complex executive search and talent acquisition assignments from inception to completion
- Partner with clients to understand their strategic direction and translate business needs into compelling talent intelligence solutions
- Advise clients on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development as part of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
- Leverage industry knowledge and talent intelligence to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and prepare comprehensive evaluation materials using our proprietary executive search methodology
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate successful offer acceptances
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and market positioning in the executive recruitment space
- Mentor and develop junior recruitment team members
- Proven track record of successful business development, financial services executive search and talent acquisition
- Established network of senior relationships within the financial services industry and the broader recruitment community
- Demonstrated business development capabilities and a history of client retention in executive search
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at the board and C-suite level

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Fluent Italian speaker and English business fluent.
Preferred Role Qualifications Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search, Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition or other industry requiring applied sales and research skills is desirable. Proven success simultaneously managing multiple projects and working across teams. Experience identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels. Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize large volumes of information into insights. Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM. Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and completing high quality deliverables.

- Partner with clients to understand their strategic direction and translate business needs into compelling talent intelligence solutions
- Advise clients on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development as part of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
- Leverage industry knowledge and talent intelligence to identify and attract exceptional leadership talent
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and prepare comprehensive evaluation materials using our proprietary executive search methodology
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate successful offer acceptances
- Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and market positioning in the executive recruitment space
- Mentor and develop junior recruitment team members
- Proven track record of successful business development, financial services executive search and talent acquisition
- Established network of senior relationships within the financial services industry and the broader recruitment community
- Demonstrated business development capabilities and a history of client retention in executive search
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at the board and C-suite level
- Strategic talent intelligence mindset with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Experience with modern talent acquisition tools and methodologies
