Responsibilities- Supporto ad un progetto inerente il lancio di un nuovo prodotto nella categoria del tabacco riscaldato: Ploom X.
- Coordinare un team di persone, aiutandole a sviluppare il proprio potenziale e facendole crescere professionalmente.
- Gestire l’attività all’interno di un territorio a te assegnato, con l’obiettivo di raggiungere e migliorare costantemente i risultati di vendita.
- Monitorare e valutare le prestazioni dei Ploom ambassador.
- Presidio specifici canali con lo scopo di creare occasioni di ingaggio con la clientela target di Ploom X.
- Supervisionare la formazione continua del team.
- Affiancare i tuoi colleghi sul campo per condividere le best practices.
- Rilevare e interpretare dati ed informazioni utili al raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
- Almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo simile o analogo.
- Comfort nella gestione di un team di lavoro.
- Ampia conoscenza del territorio di riferimento.
- Numerosi contatti strategici nel mondo degli eventi o un network ampio da coltivare e far crescere sul territorio.
- Presta costante attenzione ai dettagli e ai KPIs al fine di migliorare le performance delle attività.
- Ottime doti comunicative e persuasive.
- Patente B e mezzo di trasporto a disposizione.
