In seguito a un periodo di affiancamento e accompagnata da opportuni percorsi di formazione, la risorsa sarà incaricata della gestione, pianificazione e coordinamento di progetti in ambito ICT, garantendone la realizzazione secondo le specifiche concordate.

Descrizione delle attività:

• Controllare l’avanzamento dei costi e gestire i SAL
• Analizzare i rischi identificando ed affrontando eventuali problemi
• Gestire il rapporto con le Terze Parti e i Partner operativi
• Monitorare i risultati e gestire le priorità
• Collaborare con la funzione Finance & Administration nella gestione ed emissione degli ordini verso le Terze parti
• Garantire che tutti i progetti in carico siano consegnati puntualmente, nell’ambito e secondo le specifiche concordate, fino alla fase di avvio del relativo contratto di manutenzione

Requisiti:

• Conoscenza teorica e pratica della gestione di un progetto ad alto contenuto tecnologico
• Esperienza come Project Manager nella delivery di progetti ICT, possibilmente nell’ambito sistemistico
• Conoscenze tecniche di base nell’ambito sistemistico che consentano una corretta comunicazione ed interazione con il team tecnico ed il cliente
• Conoscenza dei processi e delle conformità dello standard ITIL e ISO 9001.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• La conoscenza del gestionale Dynamics Navision costituirà requisito preferenziale
• Il conseguimento di una certificazione in ambito Project Management (PRINCE, ITIL, PMI) costituirà requisito preferenziale

• Create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets, or other appropriate tools to manage projects.
• Focuses on proactive planning to manage risk, remove barriers, and meet goals.
