- Strategy Development: Support the Head of Country to create and implement the EXR strategy.

- Risk Mitigation: Use expertise in employee and labour relations to identify issues, predict risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Own Your ER Environment: Monitor internal and external environments, including regulations and peer practices.
