**HR Training Specialist**
La nuova risorsa sarà inserita nel team HR supportandolo nella gestione dei flussi di formazione e sviluppo del personale interno e dei neoassunti.
- Laurea preferibilmente in materie umanistiche
- Volontà e motivazione nell’ intraprendere un percorso professionale in ambito risorse umane/formazione e sviluppo del personale
- Eventuale pregressa esperienza nella gestione della formazione in azienda
- Flessibilità e capacità di gestire gli imprevisti
- Desiderio di lavorare in squadra,buone doti di comunicazione interpersonale e capacità di ascolto;
- Precisione, riservatezza e spirito di iniziativa
- capacità di organizzare con efficacia le proprie attività e di individuare le priorità

The HR Intern
