Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: A university degree in Computer Science and Engineering is essential. A master"s degree in Automation, Prototyping, and Robotics is highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with machine-to-machine and machine-to-system communication, IIoT solutions, and vendor management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with OPC Unified Architecture, IT and OT networks, OT Cybersecurity, and Computerized System Validation.
- Tools & Technologies: Experience with OPC UA tools, MQTT explorer, Grafana, Jira, Confluence, Remote Desktop, and M365.
- Project Management: SCRUM, Agile methodology working experience and project management skills are advantageous
- Autonomy & Self-Entrepreneurship: Ability to manage your own agenda with minimal supervision.

Il tuo nuovo ruolo
La persona dovrà occuparsi della gestione di un team di sviluppo composto da 2 figure senior, inoltre dovrà aver maturato esperienza nella progettazione e realizzazione di software a livello Enterprise su linguaggio Microsoft .NET.
Dovrà avere un’ottima conoscenza del linguaggio C# e framework .Net/.Net Core, nonché ottima padronanza degli ambienti Windows e Database SQL Server. Preferibili invece le competenze sui principali linguaggi di sviluppo front-end (ASP.NET, Angular, Javascript). L’aver maturato esperienza con Sharepoint / PowerApps rappresenterà requisito preferenziale.
Per garantire la fluidità di eventuali comunicazioni con la sede tedesca è consigliabile avere una padronanza almeno intermedia dalla lingua inglese (meglio se parlata a livello B2).
Competano il profilo forti capacità di leadership e organizzative ed un’ottima capacità relazionale ed improntata al problem solving.
Dal punto di vista non squisitamente operativo, la figura si interfaccerà con PM, Digital Service (Team Delivery) e figure commerciali. Non sono invece previste trasferte.

L’attività sarà svolta nella sede di Carpi (Modena) con 1/2 giorni a settimana di smart-working.
