About the Program :
This role is part of our Early Career Batch Day. If you're graduating between 2023 and 2025, have less than 3 years of full-time work experience (excluding internships), and are passionate about digital content and creators, we want to meet you.
Join us on the 21st of July for a full-day selection event filled with interviews, networking, and insight into TikTok's LIVE team.
What You’ll Do :
- Support LIVE Strategy & Operations : Assist in developing and executing regional strategies for creator growth, monetization, and user engagement.
- Manage Agency Relations : Identify and build partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and live-streaming organizations; guide them across training, policies, and performance.
- Drive Data-Backed Decisions : Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and deliver actionable insights to improve creator and agency outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with product, content, and global operations teams to localize and enhance LIVE experiences.
- Strategic Projects : Contribute to special initiatives to improve creator / agency onboarding, viewer retention, and platform safety.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in progress, graduating between 2023 and 2025, ideally in Business, STEM, or Strategy-related fieldsStrong interest in LIVE streaming, the creator economy, and / or community-led platformsDemonstrated experience or passion as a content creator, streamer, or community builder is a strong plusAnalytical mindset with the ability to work with data and derive insightsProactive, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExcellent communication and project coordination skillsFluent in Italian and EnglishPreferred Qualifications :

Como integrante deCFO&EV apoyarás a los clientes con conocimientos sobre operaciones financieras y gestión de resultados para ayudarles a alcanzar un alto rendimiento de sus funciones organizacionales.
Como Manager liderarás proyectos relacionados con:
- Diseño e implementación de modelos operativos de las áreas de Administración y Finanzas
- Análisis de factibilidad e implementación de centros de servicios compartidos
- Análisis financiero, creación de valor financiero, estrategia de finanzas
- Diseño e implementación de procesos de planificación, presupuestación y pronosticación
- Identificación de métricas de negocios
- Generación de reportes y análisis de gestión
- Diseño e implementación de balanced scorecards
- Diagnóstico, diseño e implementación de reportes financieros y regulatorios
Las responsabilidades genéricas clave incluyen:
- Gestionar las actividades de planificación y ejecución de los proyectos
- Guiar al equipo a través de la definición e identificación de los problemas y el desarrollo de planes de trabajo, utilizando principios para la resolución de problemas y experiencias pasadas
- Realizar/interpretar análisis del valor para identificar las oportunidades de creación de valor para los clientes
- Planificar y gestionar el esfuerzo para definir los procesos y las capacidades de la futura organización, la aplicación de tecnologías clave y las mediciones de desempeño/KPIs
- Planificar y gestionar las actividades de implementación de la arquitectura de negocios
- Diseñar y realizar pruebas y planes de implementación de las soluciones de negocios
- Monitorear el logro de beneficios estratégicos, financieros y operativos, asegurando el logro de los resultados planificados de negocios y ayudar a ajustar los programas, en caso que fuera necesario.
- Ayudar a definir los cambios estructurales y culturales requeridos para lograr el objetivo, secuenciando esos cambios
Requisitos para el puesto
- Título universitario/Master en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Estadística, Actuario, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o título profesional equivalente
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia relevante trabajando en consultoría o funciones financieras equivalentes
- Capacidad probada para trabajar creativa y analíticamente en un ambiente dedicado a la solución de problemas
- Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación (oral y escrita) e interpersonales
- Excelentes aptitudes y experiencia en liderazgo y gestión de equipos de trabajo
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (excluyente)
- Disponibilidad para viajar

- Gestione di complesse operazioni di riassetto strategico, industriale e organizzativo e di integrazione aziendale

- Laurea magistrale conseguita o in fase di conseguimento in Scienze Economiche, Management e/o Ingegneria Gestionale
