Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Marketing Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Brand Building Franchising, Wholesale and Special Projects Team, reporting to the Head of Global Franchising wholesale & Special Projects Marketing.
Such talent will focus on:

- Develop and execute new Special Projects with key relevance for KIKO Milano;
- Conducting market analysis in order to spot key findings on the evolution of the beauty industry;
- Manage multiple projects across KIKO Milano channels;
- Support in developing internal presentations;
- Ensure timely project delivery;
- Actively manage communications with all stakeholders ensuring everyone is updated.
In particular, you will:

- Coordinate all types of incoming requests related to Special Projects, supporting in full the projects from brief receipt to final execution and close-out report, mediating the conversation between external Partners and HQ Teams;
- Keep track of all the ongoing activities related to the project, coordinating with the cross functional HQ team;
- Coordinate the operative meetings of the projects, both internally and with external Partners;
- Liaise with key HQ teams (Global Product teams, Creative services, Social Media, PR, Communication, Trade Marketing and Merchandising, others);
- Proactively propose new ideas and draw new scenarios featuring start-up and problem solving attitude;
- Ensure thoughtfully preparation of presentations including initial info research on both online and KIKO Milano internal sources;
- Deliver analysis about strategic new special projects in order to assess new business opportunities and/or prospects.
What you will need to succeed

- Previous experience in Marketing Function or Consulting Firm; former work experience in the Beauty / Retailer industry will be considered a plus as well as work experience in multinational/global companies;
- Passion for beauty business;
- Degree or Master in Economy or Marketing;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of Office package (Excel, Power Point, SAP);
- Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus;
- Good knowledge of Marketing principles, analytical logics and economic data;
- Unrivaled project management and presentations skills;
- Good understanding of the retail industry and trends.

  • Identify and create opportunity to promote GT shareholders in the Italian/European market
  • Create, Develop and Promote GT social media activities (example, Linkedin)

  • Assist and organize all the media relation initiatives (i.e. press release, social media activities, coordination with the external PR for article or interviews’ initiatives),
  • Work on the first draft of brochure and/or RFP, the first draft of league table submission such as Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR, LegalCommunity, TopLegal.
  • Drafting and implementing Branding Messaging externally and internally
  • Prepare the first draft of Graphics or be in contact with the dedicated team in GT.
  • Assist in organizing Events after being agreed with the BD Manager

Business Development

  • Work with office marketing team to support attorney requests.
  • Help the flow of information from attorneys to marketing team, including as it relates to attorney biographies, practice area description updates, experience tracking news and activities data, press releases, etc.
  • Support the creation of client-facing documents including pitches, proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs
  • Support monthly office marketing and business development activity update
  • Be in contact with the Marketing Intelligence Team for ad hoc researches

Internal Communication

  • Collaborate with marketing and other business professionals throughout the firm across functions and teams to provide information about Milan capabilities, experience and statistics
  • Collaborate to promote internal communication plan and social media policies
  • Input data into relevant data bases and make sure information is stored/saved correctly

Other

  • Work on other projects as assigned
  • Work with other marketing colleagues in the network
  • A self-starter and team player, able to accept direction, yet work independently
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment

Qualifications & Prior Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required

  • Experiences working with Adobe PDF and a CRM platform, as well, are considered a plus

The Digital Marketing Assistant intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the Travel Marketing Manager and the Vice President of Strategic Growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the internal processes and growth strategies of a leading fintech company, through direct involvement in the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, brand visibility control, and the creation of effective content and landing pages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct Collaboration: Work closely with the Travel Marketing Manager and the Vice President of Strategic Growth to learn marketing and growth strategies, contributing directly to the execution of campaigns and reporting.
- Digital Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, focusing on the travel sector.
- Reporting and Budget Management: Produce detailed reports using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to analyze advertising expenses and ROI.
- Brand and Product Visibility: Ensure that the brand and its travel products are optimally presented online, identifying the best visibility opportunities.
- CRM Communications Management: Use CRMs like Hubspot and Braze to manage and optimize communications with customers, including DEMs.

**Skills and Qualifications Required**:

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of LFB Italy Marketing Department, the Trade Marketing Assistant will support the Trade Marketing team in the following responsibilities:


  • Support the LFB Trade Marketing Coordinator in the definition and implementation of trade marketing plans for top retailers
  • Send briefs to suppliers to create materials for trade marketing activities as agreed with retailers
  • Manage promotional and visibility material for trade marketing activities
  • Develop and update files for the sales force (reports, analysis, and presentations)
  • Sell-out analysis regarding Hostess’ activities:
    maintain the relationship with the agency, send the activities’ planning, briefs and reports, and the final analysis of obtained results


REQUIREMENTS


  • Master’s degree in Marketing/Business/Economics
  • Previous experience in the Beauty Industry will be considered a plus
  • Excellent relational and analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent level of English and Italian
