    WHAT IS THE ROLE

    This exciting opportunity within our Buzz Travel division, reporting to the Global Brand Partnerships Director. You will be responsible for acquiring exclusive arrangements with European high-end fashion, luxury skincare, and designer brands for in-flight products used by airlines and hotels. We envisage you will be well connected in the world of luxury brands, but have come from a strong Business Development background.

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    This critical role will ensure we continue building on our existing portfolio of luxury brands to expand our network of high-end collaborators across all product categories.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and attributes:

    · Ability to leverage your existing relationships to introduce brands to licensing and/or opportunities to collaborate with Buzz on airline /hotel products

    · Proven ability in initiating new brand relationships that strategically align and convert these into a sale i.e., an exclusive collaboration agreement

    · Proven ability to maintain on-going strategic relationships, preferably with luxury brands and exposure to product development of luxury product or product collaborations

    · Demonstrated experience coordinating the negotiation and execution of approved binding legal documentation such as; NDAs, term sheets, exclusivity agreements, license and / or product supply agreements.

    · Ability to collaborate across teams globally – working with and alongside our hotel and airline business development and brands teams based in Milan, LA, Melbourne and Europe.

    · Experience overseeing the brand approval process on consumer product would be highly regarded.

    RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI

    • Progettare, implementare e ottimizzare funnel di marketing automation per attività di nurturing, lanci prodotti, upsell / cross sell.
    • Pianificare e gestire campagne di email marketing, DEM e newsletter con obiettivi di conversione e fidelizzazione.
    • Utilizzare strumenti di SMS marketing e WhatsApp marketing integrati nelle strategie automatizzate di comunicazione.
    • Segmentare e gestire database di clienti e lead per garantire una comunicazione personalizzata ed efficace.
    • Monitorare le performance delle campagne, analizzare i KPI e proporre azioni correttive per migliorare ROI e tassi di conversione.
    • Collaborare alla scelta, produzione e pubblicazione di contenuti per assicurare coerenza e integrazione tra i canali.

    REQUISITI

    • Esperienza comprovata (4 / 5 anni) in qualità di Automation Specialist.
    • Utilizzo avanzato degli strumenti della Google Suite e / o del Pacchetto Office.
    • Conoscenza approfondita delle piattaforme di Marketing e Sales automation (obbligatoria esperienza con HubSpot).
    • Esperienza nella gestione e profilazione dei database clienti e nell’utilizzo di piattaforma CRM. Competenze in email marketing e copywriting orientato alla conversione.
    • Esperienza in A / B Testing.
    • Conoscenza degli strumenti di SMS e WhatsApp marketing e degli AI Agents.

    Role Overview :

    We are seeking an exceptional Retail Marketing Executive, to support in delivering the JD brand’s global marketing vision across the Italian market. To advance the JD brand, maximising awareness and connection to the consumers to deliver strategies and initiatives for the region.

    This role will support the Sr. Marketing Manager and the Marketing Executive in maximizing the profitability of Retail store estate by positively impacting footfall, Conversion, ATV, UPT and Profit Margin across all store formats through flawlessly executed consumer-relevant, marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store communication (POS).

    The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and have the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. It’s crucial that this individual be proactive, curious, data-minded, and actively looking for ways we can impact the consumer journey / experience to help build daily relationships with our brand.

    The JD Marketing team puts the consumer at the heart of what we do to develop campaigns, content, partnerships, activations & events that elevate the JD brand and maximise consumer impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support on delivering the yearly retail calendar for the Italian market, aligned with commercial objectives working closely with the Marketing Exec. all regional retail plans includes brand campaigns, third party brand campaigns and key cultural / trade opportunities (such as national holiday weekends or back-to-school season);
    • Monitor and review all marketing promotional activity providing analysis and learnings;
    • Work in close partnership with third party vendors to ensure all windows / POS production are on time and on budget;
    • Work closely with your line manager and cross-functionally across Retail Operations, Brand team and Property team, to pro-actively assess any performance issues (such as persistently declining traffic or a particularly slow month) and develop the tactical Retail Marketing solutions that might be needed to address these;
    • Help in monitoring marketing KPIs, in particular traffic and brand awareness;
    • Support the team in successfully open new JD stores by ensuring appropriate 360 activation plans are developed, implemented and executed. Store openings should include preparation, launch and sustain phases;
    • Support in creating weekly / monthly reporting and learning agenda, as well as in depth campaign reporting with clear success measurement and learnings;
    • Review and refresh the retail activation toolkit to improve and advance consumer impact during key trading moments as well as store openings / events;
    • Regularly visit key stores and key locations to gather on-field information and assess level of in-store campaign execution;
    • Share best practices within the market and with the wider EU marketing team and critically assess how activations can be applied / expanded.

    Your Role :

    Develop and execute bold, data-driven social media strategies that grow our audience, boost brand awareness, and drive revenue.

    Create visually compelling, on-brand content, including videos, carousels, reels, infographics, stories, and campaign copy that resonates.

    Own targeting : Define audiences, test segments, and optimize ad performance across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

    Plan, launch, and manage social campaigns aligned with seasonal drops and brand narratives.

    Engage with our audience and key influencers across platforms to build community and spark conversations.

    Track KPIs, report on performance, and adapt strategies based on insights and industry trends.

    Coordinate email marketing campaigns from concept to send, optimizing for open, click, and conversion rates.

    Collaborate with design, PR, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.

    Oversee product launches, from teaser strategy to post-launch storytelling.

    Support marketing partnerships, event promotion, and cross-platform initiatives.

    Stay sharp : Monitor industry trends, emerging tools, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.

    We’re Looking For :

    At least 5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing within luxury fashion.

    Strong command of targeting and paid social strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

    Proven expertise in targeting and paid social strategy.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

    Excellent communication skills and a talent for brand storytelling.

    Up-to-date knowledge of social algorithms, trends, and tools (Meta Business Suite, GA4, Klaviyo, etc.).

    Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    Bonus Points If You :

    Have a network of influencers or content creators.

    Understand the rhythms of seasonal fashion calendars and product launches.

    Know your way around SEO, CRM, and email flows.

    What You'll Take Charge Of Maximize programmatic revenue through data analysis, pricing strategies, floor optimization. Monitor and optimize yield performance across multiple AdServers ,

    SSPs, and Ad Exchanges. Analyze bid landscapes, fill rates, and CPMs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with programmatic partners and platforms (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs). Provide regular reporting on revenue performance, opportunities, and risks. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, changes in privacy regulation (e.g. GDPR, TCF), and ad tech innovation.

    What We're Looking For 2 / 3+ years of experience in yield management, programmatic advertising, or ad operations. Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, OpenRTB, header bidding). Experience managing SSPs / DSPs and optimizing programmatic revenue. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Fluent in English (additional languages a plus). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
