WHAT IS THE ROLE
This exciting opportunity within our Buzz Travel division, reporting to the Global Brand Partnerships Director. You will be responsible for acquiring exclusive arrangements with European high-end fashion, luxury skincare, and designer brands for in-flight products used by airlines and hotels. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
This critical role will ensure we continue building on our existing portfolio of luxury brands to expand our network of high-end collaborators across all product categories.
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and attributes:
· Ability to leverage your existing relationships to introduce brands to licensing and/or opportunities to collaborate with Buzz on airline /hotel products
· Proven ability in initiating new brand relationships that strategically align and convert these into a sale i.e., an exclusive collaboration agreement
· Proven ability to maintain on-going strategic relationships, preferably with luxury brands and exposure to product development of luxury product or product collaborations
· Demonstrated experience coordinating the negotiation and execution of approved binding legal documentation such as; NDAs, term sheets, exclusivity agreements, license and / or product supply agreements.
· Ability to collaborate across teams globally – working with and alongside our hotel and airline business development and brands teams based in Milan, LA, Melbourne and Europe.
· Experience overseeing the brand approval process on consumer product would be highly regarded.

Role Overview :
We are seeking an exceptional Retail Marketing Executive, to support in delivering the JD brand’s global marketing vision across the Italian market. To advance the JD brand, maximising awareness and connection to the consumers to deliver strategies and initiatives for the region.
This role will support the Sr. Marketing Manager and the Marketing Executive in maximizing the profitability of Retail store estate by positively impacting footfall, Conversion, ATV, UPT and Profit Margin across all store formats through flawlessly executed consumer-relevant, marketing campaigns, promotions and in-store communication (POS).
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and have the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. It’s crucial that this individual be proactive, curious, data-minded, and actively looking for ways we can impact the consumer journey / experience to help build daily relationships with our brand.
The JD Marketing team puts the consumer at the heart of what we do to develop campaigns, content, partnerships, activations & events that elevate the JD brand and maximise consumer impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on delivering the yearly retail calendar for the Italian market, aligned with commercial objectives working closely with the Marketing Exec. all regional retail plans includes brand campaigns, third party brand campaigns and key cultural / trade opportunities (such as national holiday weekends or back-to-school season);
- Monitor and review all marketing promotional activity providing analysis and learnings;
- Work in close partnership with third party vendors to ensure all windows / POS production are on time and on budget;
- Work closely with your line manager and cross-functionally across Retail Operations, Brand team and Property team, to pro-actively assess any performance issues (such as persistently declining traffic or a particularly slow month) and develop the tactical Retail Marketing solutions that might be needed to address these;
- Help in monitoring marketing KPIs, in particular traffic and brand awareness;
- Support the team in successfully open new JD stores by ensuring appropriate 360 activation plans are developed, implemented and executed. Store openings should include preparation, launch and sustain phases;
- Support in creating weekly / monthly reporting and learning agenda, as well as in depth campaign reporting with clear success measurement and learnings;
- Review and refresh the retail activation toolkit to improve and advance consumer impact during key trading moments as well as store openings / events;
- Regularly visit key stores and key locations to gather on-field information and assess level of in-store campaign execution;
- Share best practices within the market and with the wider EU marketing team and critically assess how activations can be applied / expanded.

Partner dei leader del settore digitale e web, azienda unica nel suo genere e in forte crescita, valuta figure commerciali e gestionali di comprovata esperienza e mercato con propensione all’attività di consulenza finalizzata all’acquisizione di nuovi clienti.
Sei il candidato ideale se hai :
- esperienza nel settore della vendita diretta, anche in settori non digitali;
- dotato di partita IVA o disponibile a prestazione occasionale, o sei intenzionato ad aprirla dopo aver superato i limiti di legge per un rapporto tramite prestazione occasionale;
- attitudine al lavoro per obiettivi;
- spirito di iniziativa, intraprendenza, determinazione, mentalità imprenditoriale;
- automunito;
- si valuta monomandatario o plurimandatario;
- disponibilità full time;
Costituiscono titoli preferenziali, anche se non esclusivi :
- il possesso di un parco clienti o di una rete di relazioni con piccole e medie imprese sul territorio di riferimento;
- propensione a procacciare nuovi clienti;
