Descrizione del ruolo:
Come Business Development Executive sarai la forza trainante per lo sviluppo di nuovi clienti nel territorio assegnato. Questa è una posizione completamente in remoto, con un alto grado di autonomia, adatta a un/a professionista delle vendite con esperienza, capace di gestire in modo indipendente la ricerca di prospect, costruire relazioni commerciali e concludere contratti con clienti nel settore del recruiting digitale. Cerchiamo una persona con una forte mentalità commerciale e un comprovato successo in ambienti di vendita dinamici. L’esperienza nella vendita di servizi per job board è un vantaggio, ma consideriamo anche candidati con esperienza nel recruiting o nelle vendite e-commerce.
Responsabilità principali:
- Individuare, contattare e acquisire nuove opportunità di business con agenzie di reclutamento, job board e aziende.
- Sviluppare e gestire un solido portafoglio di clienti nuovi ed esistenti per garantire una crescita costante dei ricavi.
- Ideare e implementare campagne di vendita outbound strategiche utilizzando strumenti come Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator e automazione email.
- Utilizzare strumenti di prospezione basati su intelligenza artificiale per identificare e coinvolgere potenziali clienti.
- Analizzare dati di vendita e prestazioni delle campagne per ottimizzare il ROI e raggiungere gli obiettivi (KPI).
- Mantenere registri accurati delle attività di vendita e delle interazioni con i clienti in HubSpot.
- Fornire aggiornamenti scritti regolari alla direzione e presentare report mensili sui KPI.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza di almeno 2–5 anni nelle vendite, preferibilmente in job board, media digitali, recruiting o e-commerce.
- Capacità comprovata di raggiungere e superare obiettivi di vendita e di gestire efficacemente un portafoglio clienti.
- Buona conoscenza delle metriche di performance, tra cui CPC, CPA e ROI.
- Conoscenza di software CRM (preferibilmente HubSpot) e di piattaforme di vendita outbound come Apollo e LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e presentazione.

Stiamo cercando un / una Senior Product Marketing Manager in ambito Cybersecurity .
La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della direzione del Corporate Product Marketing che, interpretando le linee strategiche aziendali, gestisce l’evoluzione, la coerenza ed il posizionamento dell’intero portafoglio di offerta, assicurando la standardizzazione dei service element e le prerogative necessarie per la costruzione di offerte complesse e integrate.
- Responsabilità :
- Gestire come esperto in materia, le parti interessate interne e / o esterne per lo sviluppo dei prodotti, servizi e mercati della Cybersecurity;
- Definire la Roadmap di prodotto e guidare gli sforzi per aumentare la consapevolezza del mercato ed aziendale in ambito Cybersecurity, aumentando la pipeline / domanda e le entrate;
- Definire i prodotti / servizi dal concept al rilascio in produzione, sviluppando e / o coordinando le fasi relative allo sviluppo : definizione processi di gestione, service elements nei sistemi IT e business case a corredo, in collaborazione con reparti tecnici vendite e finance;
- Effettuare analisi di mercato e dello scenario competitivo;
- Definire package contrattuale di prodotto / servizio;
- Definire le soluzioni tecniche a portafoglio lavorando in team con il reparti tecnici di Operations;
- Definire le politiche di prezzo e delle modalità di promozione sui canali di vendita;
- Gestire l’intera customer journey dei prodotti di cybersecurity;
- Fornire formazione e abilitazione alle vendite e sviluppare strumenti come kit di vendita, per migliorare l'efficacia delle vendite;

- Aver maturato un minimo di 8 anni di esperienza come product marketing nel segmento della cybersecurity in ambito telecomunicazioni, IT o integrazione di sistemi;
- Conoscenza del mercato della Cybersecurity nei suoi diversi ambiti : Processi, Risk assessment, GDPR, Tecniche di protezione Network & Cloud : AntiDDoS, SIEM, NXGN FW, IDS-IPS, NAC, WAF, SASE, CASB, etc.; Endpoint security, DLP, servizi di intervento e remediation SOC, MDR, etc.;
- Ottima competenza di processo legata ai servizi di cybersecurity e gestione dei dati sensibili (GDPR);
- Buona conoscenza degli aspetti legali e contrattuali legati alla cybersecurity;
- Forte capacità di gestione progetti e capacità organizzative;
- Comprovata esperienza nella progettazione di prodotti enterprise-ready;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (Livello C1);

The Marketing - Indirect Purchasing Buyer will be responsible for the optimization of the HQ portfolio of Indirect sourcing categories with a focus on Marketing expenses (agencies, media, production & post production, usage rights, events, ecommerce, consultancies, POS, in store promotions, influencers). Qualifications, Knowledge:

- Experience in project management, tender organization and cost saving, solid understanding of contract management and P2P best practices, policies and tools
- Analytic skills (tender management, cost analysis, scenario modelling) with Strong Excel and Power Point capability
- Experience in defining and reporting on business focused performance metrics (KPIs)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- High degree of professional ethic and integrity
- Team worker and problem-solving skill

About The Role
ParcelHero seeks a Head of Performance Marketing to drive significant growth and optimize our marketing budget across paid digital channels for both our price comparison site and ParcelHero Pro. This hands-on role will lead our SEM and SEO strategy, oversee paid media campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative growth initiatives. The priority is to drive a higher volume of inbound leads and user acquisition that ultimately convert to customers and revenue for ParcelHero.
What will you be doing?
Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy, including SEM, SEO and other paid media channels (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising).
Channel Optimization: Continuously optimize marketing channels to maximize ROI, focusing on user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth for both the ParcelHero price comparison platform and ParcelHero Pro.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions across all performance marketing activities.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources across all paid channels.
What are we looking for?
- Demand Generation / Paid Media: Demonstrated track record in performance marketing acquisition marketing, both B2C and B2B, including experience managing a significant budget across paid channels such as, Google, Microsoft, Meta, X, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Shopify, YouTube, StackAdapt, etc
- Budget Development, Lead Forecasting: Experience in shaping the planning and execution of multiple, complex marketing programs, integrated digital marketing campaigns, experimentation, and ROI monitoring
- Analytics: Deep analytics background and a high degree of proficiency with data tools with the ability to synthesize, analyze, and interpret data (including KPI reports) and translate them into actionable steps
- Industry Experience: Experience working with consumer and B2B brands, ideally with exposure to the e-commerce or logistics sectors. Experience with a price comparison website or a shipping platform is a plus
- Feedback Management: Comfortable providing creative feedback and managing feedback processes related to ad creatives and landing pages
- Leadership Presence: Strong leadership presence, capable of creating buy-in across an interdisciplinary talent set
- Workflow Optimization: Solid experience applying workflow tools and management systems to optimize resource productivity, deliver work on time, anticipate plan changes and adjustments, and proactively seek stakeholder input to align expectations
- Advertising Knowledge: Well-versed in all advertising mediums and their appropriate usage, including social media, display, SEM, SEO and mobile channels
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage research, analytics, and brand insights to optimize and improve campaign performance
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience building personal knowledge of the parcel delivery and e-commerce landscape

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the essential bridge between the division and regional marketing teams and the marketing specialists in the different hubs . Main Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of divisional and regional business partners, guiding their performance and fostering professional growth.
- Define KPIs and team goals that align with the overall marketing strategy of the group.
- Provide strategic marketing insights and promote initiatives that align with business priorities, revenue targets, and market expansion plans.
- Leverage market data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to develop impactful product marketing strategies.
- Create a marketing and content strategy centered around globally relevant topics.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially the Digital Marketing Center of Excellence and the Creative & Publishing Hub, to execute high-performing marketing campaigns.
Requirements :
- A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- Experience in multinational companies within the industrial services sector.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, business partnering, strategic planning, product marketing, or similar roles in a global context.
- At least 5 years of international leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing stakeholders within a technical business environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, technologies, and analytics to optimize engagement and conversion through digital channels.
- Proficiency in English; Italian and / or German is a plus.
- A confident, resourceful, self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
