What You'll Do
You will join the Operations team at BCG’s Rome Office for a dynamic and enriching internship experience, working in close collaboration with the Operations Manager and the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Operations Director. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of daily operational and administrative activities, with a strong focus on office facilities, space management, and supplier coordination. You will also provide support to front office activities and assist the OPS team in broader execution of building initiatives.
You are good at :
- Supporting the Operations and Building Team in day-to-day activities, including coordination with vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and space utilization ;
- Assisting in operational planning and execution for new office and building initiatives , including documentation and communication flows for building access and signage ;
- Supporting supplier management tasks such as on-site inspections and entrance authorizations ;
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, handling a variety of administrative inquiries;
- Welcoming guests, verifying their identity, and notifying the appropriate BCG team members;
- Coordinating the meeting room booking process to ensure efficient scheduling and availability;
- Assisting the canteen service team with supplier coordination, including staff surveys for daily orders, final meal counts, and monthly cost reconciliation for consumables and amenities ( e.G. break area supplies, fresh fruit, etc. );
- Contributing to the implementation of innovative, digital solutions to enhance workplace efficiency and infrastructure .
The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
What You'll Bring
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;
- Good customer service skills ( previous hospitality /customer service or front office experience will be considered a plus);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel ;

Organizational SettingThe post is located in the Secretariat Services branch (CSGS) at FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy. CSGS oversees Secretariat functions of the FAO Conference and Council, supports the Secretariats of Governing and Statutory Bodies, and provides liaison and communications with Members. The branch supports the office of the Independent Chairperson of the Council.

Main PurposeThe Office Assistant performs routine administrative transactions and office support functions contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the work unit.
Supervision Received/ExercisedThe Office Assistant reports to the Chief of the Secretariat Services and may receive guidance from a higher graded Office Assistant. Works independently on routine matters and consults with supervisors on more complex issues.
Working RelationshipsInteracts with colleagues within the work unit to exchange routine information and provide standard office support services.

Main Purpose
The Office Assistant coordinates and performs the full range of office support, management support and administrative tasks, providing for the smooth and efficient running of the Office. He/ she ensures quality and consistency of the flow of office work and information in the work unit.

The Office Assistant reports to the Deputy Director, CFI.

Working Relationships
The Office Assistant works closely with a wide range of colleagues in the division /region, with central units and external clients, performing and coordinating office- and management support services, and providing procedural guidance and information.
Key Functions/Results

The Forestry Division (NFO) leads FAO's work in promoting sustainable forest management and providing leadership on the environmental, social and economic dimensions of forestry, including its contributions to poverty reduction and food security and nutrition. The Forest and Farm Facility (FFF) team is a partnership between FAO, the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and AgriCord, managed within NFO and supported under an umbrella programme and of FAO in Rome. FFF is a proven delivery mechanism to sustain Climate Resilient Landscapes and Improved Livelihoods at a very practical level through support to governments and forest and farm producer organizations in countries in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
The FFF empowers the Forest and Farm Producer Organizations (FFPOs), with special focus on gender equality, indigenous peoples and youth, to achieve four interconnected outcomes: increase their linkage and participation in policy advocacy; improve their technical and business capacities to develop enterprises and to access finance in order to achieve sustainable livelihoods; develop technical and organizational solutions which both mitigate and help their adaptation to climate change in their own landscapes; and provide better social and cultural services to their Members.

The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Redmond
The role you'll contribute: Responsible for providing clerical office support. This position answers incoming calls, routes calls to appropriate locations, and greets and directs visitors. This role handles mail distribution, orders supplies, and manages office or departmental scheduling. Additionally, this role ensures efficient and organized office operations.
The value you'll bring to the team:
- Greets visitors and answers the telephone in a professional manner, screens calls, takes messages, and directs calls appropriately.
- Retrieves, sorts, and distributes the department mail.
- Orders and maintains supplies for the department within budget guidelines, interacting with department staff to meet needs.
- Maintains calendar and schedules appointments for the department.
- Maintains organized files and office equipment.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- High School Grad or Equivalent Required
- 1 Year of Medical Office Experience Preferred

In ambito Information Technology offriamo servizi, prodotti proprietari e consulenza, principalmente nel settore della Cybersecurity. Da 30 anni siamo al fianco del cliente su tutto il ciclo della Digital Transformation. La nostra esperienza ci ha portati ad operare anche da player diretto in altri mercati innovandoli digitalmente. Lavoriamo con clienti banking, energy, insurance, telco, IT, gambling, PA, healthcare e difesa.
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Receptionist & Office Assistant appartenente alle categorie protette (legge 68/99) da inserire, on site, presso la nostra sede di Roma.
In particolare, ti occuperai di:
- Effettuare prenotazioni (di viaggi, ristoranti, visite mediche, ecc.), acquistare biglietti, noleggiare auto con o senza conducente per conto di clienti;
- Gestione del front- office;
- Gestione delle chiamate, della posta elettronica e smistamento email ai vari uffici;
- Accoglienza dei clienti in sala d’attesa;
- Attività di back- office (prenotazione taxi, gestione consegne e ritiri pacchi, lettere raccomandate);
- Gestione flotta aziendale e supporto amministrativo.
Sei la persona che cerchiamo?
I requisiti della posizione sono:
- Diploma/laurea in lingue;
- Ottimo standing;
- Competenza nell’utilizzo degli strumenti informatici, in particolare del pacchetto MS Office, dei principali sistemi gestionali, dei browser e siti di prenotazione (es. Booking, eDreams, Trivago, ecc.);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni;
- Spiccate capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Attitudine al problem solving;
- Preferibile pregressa esperienza, anche breve, nella gestione di clienti.
Completano il profilo:
- Predisposizione al problem solving e alla collaborazione;
- Buone capacità di comunicazione interpersonale;
- Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.
