Project Manager – Europe (Bilingual: English & French or German)

Location: Europe Region (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our European team. This role is pivotal in managing complex documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, driving project success through strategic planning and effective communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain complex files and document management systems, and work with project teams to release for company products (drug substance and drug product)
• Maintain organized and accurate record of all product’s specific documents and correspondence with partners, vendors, customers, contract labs, etc.
• Continuously monitor the progress of assigned projects and communicate timelines to senior leadership and executive staff.
• Create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets, or other appropriate tools to manage projects.
• Focuses on proactive planning to manage risk, remove barriers, and meet goals.
• Facilitates meetings and keep them effective by defining concise agenda, acting as a timekeeper, summarizing action items and maintaining records
• Support quality and regulatory affairs when needed. To include, assist in the preparation of the site for customer and agency inspections.
• Facilitate resolution of issues/concerns/problems with internal and external partners.
• Serve as customer liaison between internal departments and customers

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to work on multiple projects with a minimum of supervision and meet established timelines.
• Qualified candidate should have a BS/BA in chemistry or life science.
• Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, SQL, etc. are required.
• Familiarity with both CFR 21 and ICH guidelines in regards to GMPs’ is desirable.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently.
• You must be fully bilingual. Fully fluent in English and French or German.

Job Title: Project Manager - Luxury Millwork and Stone Projects

Job Summary: As a Project Manager at The Davani Group, you will oversee the planning,

execution, and delivery of high-end millwork and stone projects for high end residential

projects worldwide. You will be the key point of contact for stakeholders. ensuring that projects meet

the highest standards while maintaining strict timelines and budgets. This role requires travel to the US

for on-site installation supervision (approx. 20-30% of the time). Strong communication in English is a must.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits.

Hours/Shift: 40 hours/week, 2pm to 11pm Italy time.

Base: Italy---with travels to USA

Areas of Responsibility:

●Lead and manage luxury millwork and stone projects from conception to completion, working

with high-net-worth individuals and elite commercial clients.

● Must be able to produce technical shop drawings and renderings

● Coordinate and facilitate seamless communication between clients, vendors, architects,

designers, and internal teams to ensure project success.

● Conduct thorough design and technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance with

specifications.

● Be able to edit architectural drawings

● Oversee on-site installations, providing hands-on management and support.

● Perform site measurements and work closely with the technical/production team.

● Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

● Proactively address client inquiries with timely updates and solutions.

● Manage logistics for shipping and delivery of materials.

● Utilize project management tools to track progress and manage resources.

● Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups to ensure ongoing client relations.

Chain of Command: The Project Manager will work closely with senior management, including design, production, and logistics teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the luxury construction or

high-end interior design sector, with experience overseeing millwork and stone installations.

● High level of being able to read and catch mistakes in architectural drawings

● Perfect spoken and written English and Italian language skills.

● Background in Architecture

● In-depth understanding of millwork and stone products, including their applications and

installation techniques.

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong organizational and decision-making abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

● Service and solutions-oriented mindset, with a high value for personal ownership of work.

● Proven ability to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced

environment.

● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

● PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

● Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred.

● Architectural knowledge and/or passion for high-end design elements is a plus.

● Must be trained and able to use a 3D scanner and take measurements

Per solida realtà attiva nel settore delle Energie Rinnovabili, siamo alla ricerca di un* Project Manager con esperienza consolidata nelle procedure autorizzative.

La risorsa si occuperà della gestione autonoma dei progetti, con focus sull’iter autorizzativo a livello regionale e nazionale (PAUR, PAS, VIA, ecc.), interfacciandosi con enti, consulenti tecnici e stakeholder. Sono previste trasferte occasionali a Milano.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza pregressa nel settore delle rinnovabili
• Ottima conoscenza delle normative e dei processi autorizzativi
• Capacità di coordinamento con studi tecnici, legali e amministrazioni pubbliche
