Siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire in stage all’interno della nostra divisione Marketing con l’obiettivo di sviluppare competenze nella gestione della gamma e del ciclo vita del prodotto, per identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e raccogliere le esigenze dei clienti, in affiancamento al team di riferimento.
La risorsa inserita avrà l'opportunità di intraprendere un percorso formativo trasversale e strutturato, all'interno di un'importante realtà multinazionale.
In particolare, avrà l'opportunità di approfondire temi quali:
- Supportare i product manager nella gestione del portafoglio prodotti Ideal Standard
- Valutare come si muovono i competitor sul mercato di riferimento
- Contribuire all’acquisizione della market share, collaborando con il team sales
- Supportare i product manager a definire il product pricing analizzando i prodotti esistenti.
- Supporto nella realizzazione di concept e assortimento dei nuovi prodotti basandosi su analisi qualitative.
- Creazione e mantenimento dei database di informazioni tecniche a supporto dei colleghi di altre funzioni
- Contribuire a mantenere e migliorare il portafoglio prodotti Ideal Standard e V&B
La risorsa collaborerà attivamente con i colleghi delle divisioni NPD & Marketing per supportarli nelle attività quotidiane e si interfaccerà con altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel processo.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria, o Industrial Design.
- Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno B2).
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint.
- La capacità di realizzazione di un rendering sarà considerata un plus.
- La capacità di sviluppare concept con AI sarà considerata un plus.
- Precisione nei dati e rapidità nella comprensione di numeri e dataset.
- Capacità di rispettare le scadenze e di stabilire le priorità nel carico di lavoro.

This position involves advising a small team in evaluating, analyzing, and administering payroll programs, while ensuring payroll is processed with speed, accuracy, and compliance with all service and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor payroll processes to ensure consistent and accurate payroll in compliance with local practices, controls, government and statutory regulations, internal procedures, and SOX controls.
- Serve as a point of contact for team members, resolving escalated operational or policy issues, and identifying complex resolutions needing escalation to the Payroll Manager.
- Coordinate with internal Finance teams and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and financial integrity of payroll processes and support audit reviews.
- Reconcile payroll and tax reporting at the end of each pay cycle and resolve discrepancies.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage off-cycle payroll processing and reporting, acting as a contact for unplanned payroll processing.
- Analyze complex pay transactions to identify issues and work with stakeholders to determine the root cause.
- Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of payroll within local systems and global HRIS tools.
- Stay updated with trends, legislation changes, tax rule updates, and local payroll control procedures to recommend improvements.
- Assist in global work and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll is preferred
- Knowledge of the Italian Payroll System
- Laurea or Diploma in a related field
- Ability to foster professionalism and build relationships for self and team.
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and direct a team.
