Nell’ottica di una nuova organizzazione interna ci ha incaricati di ricercare il/la:
**RESPONSABILE SELEZIONE DEL PERSONALE**
(Cod. Rif. “RSN0623”)
Alle dirette dipendenze dell’HR Director avrà la responsabilità dell’implementazione delle politiche aziendali relative all’area di competenza con lo scopo di soddisfare i bisogni presenti e futuri dell’azienda in merito al Capitale Umano. A tal scopo, coordinando un team di 7 risorse, pianificherà le azioni di ricerca e selezione (di personale operativo, di funzionari di sede, di gruppi di talent) alla luce del piano di inserimento condiviso con la direzione HR nel suo complesso. Programmerà attività di employer branding e di talent attraction, collaborerà con le prime linee aziendali nella valutazione delle esigenze con conseguente declinazione di priorità, tempi e metodi di delivery, introdurrà, ove necessario, nuovi strumenti di reperimento e supervisionerà l’implementazione - per quanto di sua competenza - del gestionale aziendale.
Ci rivolgiamo ad un professionista del settore HR, laureato, che abbia maturato una significativa esperienza nell’area della Selezione del Personale - con un ruolo di coordinamento di risorse e attività - all’interno di Agenzie per il Lavoro, Società di ricerca e selezione del personale oppure all’interno di aziende di servizi labour intensive.
E’ richiesta una buona conoscenza dei più comuni pacchetti informatici e della lingua inglese.
L’azienda è localizzata nel Veneto Centrale, facilmente raggiungibile dalle province di Padova, Vicenza e Verona.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on HR Manager to lead and develop HR functions within a fast-growing, international EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company operating in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Energy companies or (preferably) Photovoltaic EPC environments and is passionate about people, sustainability, and supporting organizational growth through talent development, compliance, and operational excellence. The HR Manager will provide HR Support to Enerland Italy for the full lifecycle of the employee to include recruitment, performance management, renumeration and reward, learning and development, employee relations, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment – Sourcing excellent talent, conducting interviews, managing the offer stage etc.
- Onboarding – Designing, implementing and managing an engaging onboarding process.
- Performance Management – Ensuring the probation period is effectively utilised and working with managers to ensure the performance review process is adhered to.
- Learning and Development – Ensuring that employees are supported to develop their skills, knowledge and abilities through training and further education.
- Employee Relations – Promoting positive relations, implementing engagement initiatives, and supporting managers and employees to resolve issues in a proactive and pragmatic manner.
- Renumeration & Reward – Coordinate the renumeration and reward processes.
- Policies and Procedures – Develop, update and implement internal policies and procedures in compliance with the Group HR strategy, local legislation and best practice.
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company values.
- Partner with Country Managers and Project Directors to support HR operations across project sites and headquarters.
- Foster a company culture focused on sustainability, safety, diversity, and inclusion.
- Supervise payroll processes, fleet management, employment contracts, and labor relations where applicable aligned and in collaboration with the external labor agency.
- Support global expansion efforts and manage international assignments and mobility programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial HR role, mandatory in solar energy , preferably in EPC company.
- Fully proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of local and international labor regulations.
- Experience working in multicultural and matrixed organizations.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including to project sites.
