WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Senior Sales Associate will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.
Business & Client Management
- Partner with management team to strategically achieve sales targets

CRM activities
- Capture customer data all the time

- Participate in the organization of In-store and Promotional events
- Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients
Operations
- Ensure the stock and the backroom are effectively managed and operational duties are met (goods receiving, transferring, stock take, stock arrangement, reporting etc.)
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives and participate to VM set-up
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in retail – luxury experience preferred
- Creative skills and “eye for fashion”, attention to detail

Purpose of Position
To provide an excellent client experience and service, develop long-lasting client relationships, assist in the smooth operation of the store, and optimize the client experience by ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales generation and target focus
- Achieve individual sales targets / KPIs and personal objectives set by Store Management.

- Participate in in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Client experience and relationship building

- Provide personalized and timely after-sales service, effectively handling client complaints.

Operational excellence
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to stock loss and health and safety.
- Maintain stock on the sales floor following visual guidelines and standards.
- Assist with stock takes and end-of-day procedures, such as cashing up.
- Support the preparation of sales events and stock deliveries, ensuring efficient check-in of stock.
- Maintain high standards in back-of-house areas, including stock room and security.
- Contribute to a respectful and enjoyable work environment.
