Responsabilità- Analizzare il mercato nazionale per identificare opportunità di business B2B nel ramo Van & Truck, utilizzando tutte le fonti disponibili
- Contattare e sviluppare relazioni con i clienti, con l’obiettivo di soddisfare le specifiche esigenze
- Condurre la negoziazione con clienti nuovi ed esistenti e generare offerte ad hoc, sviluppando così il portafoglio clienti
- Collaborare con i dipartimenti interni, nazionali e internazionali, al fine di massimizzare il servizio offerto
- Analizzare e sviluppare nuovi segmenti di clienti, in particolare flotte leasing di veicoli commerciali leggeri e società di logistica
- Raccogliere e mantenere i dati e le offerte dei clienti nel CRM (Salesforce), garantendone la qualità
- Esperienza: Hai almeno 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa nel settore vendita B2B, leasing o noleggio di veicoli commerciali leggeri. Consideriamo un plus la presenza di un portafoglio clienti fidelizzato
- Formazione: Hai una laurea, preferibilmente in Economia Aziendale, Turismo o settori correlati o un'esperienza professionale equivalente in ambiti affini.

**SALES DIRECTOR**
La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al CEO, sarà responsabile del potenziamento, sviluppo e organizzazione della Direzione Commerciale, sia da un punto di vista di strategie da adottare, sia relativamente all’implementazione del team dedicato.
**PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITÀ**:
Sarà il responsabile della definizione e dell’implementazione delle politiche commerciali e di vendita dell’Azienda;
Si occuperà dell’implementazione dei mercati già avviati (ambito Trasporti, Media, PA), sia in Italia che all’Estero e si occuperà contestualmente di potenziarne di nuovi (Telco, Difesa&Spazio, Utilities);
Definirà e gestirà tutti gli step di una vendita fin dal lancio strategico dei nuovi prodotti o servizi sul mercato, agendo in linea con gli obiettivi Aziendali prefissati;
Coordinerà un team dedicato di circa 20 persone.
**REQUISITI**:
Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente in Aziende ICT mediamente strutturate e/o in realtà di consulenza informatica/manageriale;
Background maturato nella vendita di soluzioni innovative e tecnologiche volte allo sviluppo di un portfolio clienti che spazia trasversalmente dall’area Telco, PA, Media, Automotive e Automation;
Esperienza nella gestione del fatturato di vendita;
Esperienza nella gestione di una divisione commerciale;
Preferibile ma non essenziale la Laurea ad indirizzo STEM;
Fluente conoscenza della Lingua Inglese, che utilizzerà per gestire e sviluppare i mercati Esteri.
